The ban message usually has the time period mentioned. Wait it out and your account will become active again. If there is no time specified in the ban message, you are perma-banned. I contacted email but no response. It will take lot of time , cannot say as i also lost one of my account and till now i have not recovered it, but my problem was different my account got hacked , but even then i have given lot of messages but still now their is no progress. So i think you should forget or wait until Theymos or anyone higher authority contact you. |
