Proxies don't seem to be covered in the application, but someone in http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=14421.msg195138#msg195138 (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=14421.msg195138#msg195138) suggested an application called Proxifier.
