Title: Re: Buying unregistered brandnew physcial prepaid debitcards, 90% Post by: loadbearing on September 06, 2016, 03:27:25 AM You will never find anyone who will sell you this, it would be idiotic of the other party, the escrow will have no proof that you received the card with the funds unless he receives it first and checks it the forward it to you, and the US doesn't really accept debit cards from outside the US and I only know a few companies in the US that provide debit cards and they are not anonymous.
