Yes it is definitely a best news for us but I can't relate the fact with bitcoin. How jio will boost bitcoin economy. Yes  cheap internet will allow us to do many stuffs online and in such situations many unemployed or hopless guys could make their pocket money by themself. So jio service is going to become a boon for us.

I think there is relation as This new service will add more unbanked, and users who typically can’t afford mobile phones, to the internet. Those able to access the internet with a smartphone may be inclined to discover the benefits of Bitcoin.

Being in neighbour country Nepal, this free call service JIO is trying to provide making me jealous however Nepal is also growing in IT sector rapidly and we also have one billionaire, if he made his mind like mukesh ambani we may also get similar service here.  ;D

That would be indirect, but anything which can boost the usage of the Internet can help BTC. Unlimited data transfer at night sounds great. I also like the idea of One India, without any roaming charges between North and South. I just wonder how good is the network when you are in rural areas.

This will really boost the economy in India. Unlike in my country the worth of internet connection here is almost $50 a month. I hope this will impliment to all country.

Jio will give a good competitive market in the telecommunication sector in india, BSNL has already slashed its price,will be giving 1gb for 1 rupees,so these kind of things are good,but to make bitcoin popular we need more exposure,other than that these kind of offers wont make any difference.

I think it will have somewhat of an impact, just the fact that there will be more internet users, means that more people will come into contact with Bitcoin.
The scope of the impact on Bitcoin is debatable though, but maybe crypto currency is especially useful to people in developing countries.

There is already a shitload of Amateur Indian porn content circulating all over the internet ,so that is nothing new,i dont think there is going to be any change in that. The kind of offers is amazing, but the speed they get now is shit compared to the rest of the world. hope it will change in the future. Less price means more customers taking internet connection,so there are chances that it will boost the bitcoin community.

I dont know that how will this news will give Bitcoin community a new boost, Until their is no development in regards to bitcoin technology to the end users how will they come to know about bitcoin , till they dont get any news or offers related to bitcoin like what you are telling about Jio network, i dont think that more than 10% of this network users will be knowing about bitcoin.
