For the rank the account has i doubt any of them have any staked adress, besides that a jr member who will pay 0,01btc for such account? Op your price looks to be very high considering it has almost no potencial activity at those accounts.

Take a look again. Thant account is created 2013 and as it have 40+ posts it will be a member very soon and also maybe next month even a full member. I calculated its value on BCT valuation and guess what - thats not even a full price for it!! It is 0.038!

BCT'S price estimations are very unreliable, and hardly anybody pays full price these days. Post quality isn't the best either, you'd need to increase the quality to get into any campaign that pays anything at all.

On your thread you didnt show potentical activity soo how do you wanna me to know such, if you didnt provided those, anyway good luck to the new owners of the accounts, as long all have a signed message. The year of creation doesnt matter atleast not for me, as said above those its a estimated of the value and not the real value.

Year of creation matters. If it is old account it will level up faster.
Try to examine 2 accounts. One created just now and one created 2013-2015. You will see progress of older account by rank grove faster.
