Though nobody except you loses out if you don't sign up, feel free not to, it's not a high-pressure situation Besides, my twitter (@PurePoS) is far more active than everyone who has signed up combined, why would I want to steal yours? Doing this only allows permission to read your tweets and to RT or make new tweets on your account.
