Additional Notes: have waiting for the payout to be processed 48 hours passed , should we wait for another 24 hours? far too long , as they have a slogan like 'Instant deposits & cashouts!' and not true at all we are going to 72 hours waiting!

have cashed out from bitcoin penguin many times previously without problem.
usually the withdrawal process are within 12 hours , last time it takes more than 24 hours.
the delay are too long to wait since two days ago .
and i think today is the right time to make an accusation because it has passed 48 hours.

Ask your friend to use another casino.
So far Bitstarz has a good record.

I don't think Bitstarz will cashout his Bitcoin Penguin wins :(

I've actually heard good things about BitcoinPenguin in general, but any casino that  promotes their "anonymous casino with anonymous registration" and then has a rule like the following should make players think twice:

Quote
Any attempt to create multiple accounts, fake social media accounts, emails, or any other attempt to claim multiple bonuses that are only meant to be claimed once per person, IP, and household, will lead to an investigation and possible account termination without notice.

I suggest sending support an email with a link to this thread. Then tell them that tomorrow you'll be warning others on Twitter, facebook, casinomeister, latestcasinobonuses.com , casinolistings.com, askgamblers.com, thepogg.com and whatever other forum you can find.  Then do it.

is it a valid reason to hold users fund?
i told them why not just send the amount of pending withdrawal directly?
if there is really a technical issue regarding the withdrawal process.

they have paid out the total 0.46654063 bitcoin
it is almost a week to wait they processing the withdrawal
even though they explained that they have a problem on their withdrawal system
they did not make any compensation after the issue which it is bad for their reputation
however thank you for everyone who takes time on this , te thread are locked now
