You should add Bustabit, Luckybit and Fortunejack into you list, I will give rating 4 to all these sites because all nice gambling casinos, your list would more nice after adding these site there.

Where and/or how you get the points (all time rank and monthly), is this based on your own opinion? Or based on a research or poll? Since you said "you can vote/rate once every month" means that is is based on a poll from all members here. But how can there are some sites get points/average points already since you have just started this thread?

There are some similar thread like this, is it useful for the community since this kind of vote/poll is not representative enough? A member can create many bitcointalk accounts then vote for the same site that he like most. This is why I say that it is not represent the real condition. And I'm not agree that this kind of vote may increase the "trust" rating of the site.

P.S : If you want to continue this vote/poll thread, you should make it better (in case of your English and the thread's design) put it on a table will be nice.

I vote Directbet (5 Stars) because they run a good site with a superb customer client service.

How about bustabits? bitsler? these two are the best also to earn profit and lots of people are playing these website i always visited on bitsler and over 700 plus player are online not sure if they are using bot for the online and for the bustabits same minimum of 30 are making bets

Actually I dont think that it is really useful though, because there are so many similar threads like this and in the end they will ignore it. This wont give you anything nor information though. And there are many gamblers out there that dont give their vote into this. And most of them are some big whaler which is have so much influence on this. I dont say that it is no effect but it just have less impact when some big whaler dont get their vote though

it was probably not a very good idea to make this thread since there is already a similar thread made here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1602383.0 . you should better do a search in the forum before making any thread just to check if the thread that you are trying to make is already made or not. it is a good practice and believe me, it helps a lot in reducing spams. now i suggest you to better lock this thread and let the discussion be continued in the old thread. just my 2 cents!

It is a bit confusing while the max point should be only 5 = excelent. If you want to make a rank list, you should make the points in average (not in total)

Replying with one account is enough, no need to reply with your alt account too.
Regarding your rules, this is the worst rules on a poll (if you want to make it as a fair vote, so you need more rules, something like 1 member 1 vote or 1 member 2 vote, all member should make the same number of votes)

I see directbet is in first position, but I am a little confused as to how you get that number because I have seen the number of voters has not been too much.

The number is the total points from all voters, example directbet with 18points because there are 4 voters : 2 voters give 5points and the other 2 voters give 4points. (2*5)+(2*4) = 10 + 8 = 18points.
What makes me confuse is that OP is not consistent, because he said that the points will be total points but some sites has average points. In fact there is only 1 vote so far for some sites but OP gives "average" on it. I assume that OP do not understand what "Average" means.

I'll rate crypto-games.net with "5" for Excellent, since it's actually the only gambling site that I visit and play at every day. I'm not going to rate the others as nothing else really stands out to me. I like crypto-games because it's simple, fair, and friendly to all its users. Any concerns or questions anyone can have is addressed and solved promptly.   

My vote will be for BitSler the website have been going through so much updates and changes like accepting eth in this past month or so.They have added back their old games but changes have been added to it like multi color now with a jackpot and blackace with random multipliers.
