We are looking for someone to make us an holiday gift card.   You must represent something that will make kids happy.  Something that is kid friendly
greeting cards should be attractive as well.  You can represent them in a display photo or as the card itself.
Cards must have warmth, elegance, or colorfulness of cheer.

I didn't get it.If first entry has a 100% chances of winning even before the contest has started,why should others bother to post their entries or participate in such a biased contest?

Did you create the card itself?  do you have proof of concept?  It looks blurry 

You need to tell me where you get images from or have some proof of concept.

If you was inspired by another image as well, please let us know where.

If you are taking images from other places, basically we cant use your card

hardcore distorted and white spaces between the legs =/... let you more time mongqapogi and im sure u will create something better :)

This is my original concept made in Photoshop, layered PSDs is the source file and also i can provide the EPS/illustrator format as well if needed.

I have some question. Is it allowed to use some image in the web and just compile and edit it? I will be indicating the source of all pics to avoid copyright issue. But if it is not allowed, i think i will be doing conventional way. Thanks

I dont mind doing it but not focused on looking for an escrower at this point.  I did pay up for other projects we did last week.  You can check out the threads and feedback history here.

Oh one more thing I forgot to mention is no text in the holiday cards at all.  If you had taken the tree off google without putting any artwork in it then yeah, you will have to remove it.  I apologize I should had put that up on there. I will now so people wont waste there time doing it.

Right now I have to think hard about it because It seems there is a chance of copy righting here if people are going to cheat, Ill have to wait to the user responds to the accusation about taking artwork,. I will contact that person of that website to see if he made that picture

He or she is not the winner, but I cant decide yet without knowing who card is that?  Now Im kinda nervous about all cards.

Lol, the quality card by kalipo is the winner for me if i were to chose but the sad thing if he just took it from other site, for sure you are the one who will pay the damage caused around $6k-8k.

Heard a lot of same story from internet marketing forum, webdev just picked images from google and used it for their clients project and suddenly the client email the webdev he got a letter from the attorney from the site who own the photo etc.etc. so it's safe to have or make a "copyright agreement" between the creative.

I myself signed a lot of copyright agreement when i won a logo contest from different crowdsourcing site to assure you are not accountable for any issues may occur in the future.

im not accusing he/she violating copyright, but asking is he/she really made that?
if he/she not made it, at least put the author (for non commercial) or purchase it (for commercial) -depending on agreement-
and also kalipo put OP in danger position if she/he not the real designer

I guess the winner has been already announced, we missed that announcement in middle of the pages ? Certainly every participants would have reminded OP to announce the winner. Because, OP has last updated when he will choose the winner.

It is more than half the month had passed after that date. Let me check in middle pages of this thread and update here.

Actually, I don't think OP is planning on paying us for this work. He said he was still deciding on who to credit for winning this campaign despite the fact that a month has passed since the contest started.

omy almost forgot this thread and saw it bump to surface, anyway how come no winner yet?

Yeah thats not a professional act by the OP, its sad to see people wasting designer time. But have you reminded him about this contest yet in case he forget it?

Sorry I  had asked if there proof of concept from everyone's work.  Please PM your proof of concepts of the artwork you made.  Also Kalipo your photo is disqualified.  I had mention on contest that it must not be any images taken from other peoples work.  I willl lock topic till I get everyone PM of your concepts.  I will give a week and time to submit this.  After that I will announce a winner.  Kalipo you would have won if this photo was not bought in an exchange.  This is why I delayed the winner announcement.
