To send money to Unocoin and if you do not have the net banking, then please walk to any of the branch of your bank with a cheque leaf and ask them to do the NEFT transfer by providing our bank account details. After they initiate it, they will also give the UTR number to you then and there for your reference.

You can try zebpay or unocoin ,they both have good service and both are quite flexible.zebpay do not have desktop version so if you are good at mobile then it is good for you.Unocoin has desktop support so you can use it if you want more safety.

You can't buy BTC with Debit card in India or anywhere directly , however their is other way . You can register Moneypolo account and the verify yourself to KYC LVL 1+1 User with them and then you can get your Moneypolo VISA Debit card for 20$ and also you can load funds with your Indian Debit card to your Moneypolo account and buy BTC with Moneypolo from BTC-E :)

You can buy it on some sites. Atleast in other places,I have used quickbtc in the past, but thats only working in Canada.

As for India, I don't think anyone allows you to. So best is to enable netbanking and buy in off exchanges.

Never heard of that site, and I find it difficult to believe a site can accept debit cards and credit cards so easily specially since people could do fradulent transactions.

FTFY and yeah, there is no website that allows debit card transactions currently in India in order to buy Bitcoins.
You can, however, try some websites out of India which allow you to add money through debit card and get your coins right away, and I think currently that's the best option as bitcoin prices in India are higher compared to other countries.
