Title: 3 year old wallet won't show correlated receive address Post by: berkanstein on September 13, 2016, 08:13:04 PM I've come across a few old wallet.dats from flash drives that will not show any confirmed transactions, balance, or addresses. I can see the transactions on the list, but I can't get any wallet to show the correlating receive address that should be connected. Is there a way to fix?

It doesn't seem to change anything. Could I possibly disassemble the wallet (move privkey) or switch the wallet to a different bitcoin program?

Have you tried -salvagewallet?Title: Re: 3 year old wallet won't show correlated receive address Post by: cr1776 on September 13, 2016, 09:29:54 PM I've tried -repairwallet, -upgradewallet, some other random commands. You could try pywallet to extract the keys and then import them elsewhere. Beware of anyone asking for copies of these.
