Title: Current best exchanges to buy BTC with USA Credit card?
Post by: lowcarbjc on September 14, 2016, 10:26:39 PM
My USA client need to pay me $1000 in BTC in two parts of 500/500. He will have to purchase the BTC via his USA credit card. Previously he used Circle Pay, but they only allow $300 purchase and send a week and the charge is 3% for the transaction because it's a credit card (debit cards are free with Circle).
Which other exchanges can I point him to that is reliable, will be easy to use, secure, and allows USA credit cards without issues like pending statuses etc? It looks like Coinbase is pretty good, but they are on 3.99% for the credit card transaction. Any other exchange that everyone knows that is reliable and better or at least similar in terms of fees, speed, and ease of use compared to Circle? Thanks guys.

You can use a credit card, or prepaid card even, through: http://CoinCorner.com

https://www.changetip.com/ lets you top up with credit card.

Other options include http://Purse.io and https://coinsbank.com/

Others accepting credit card payment include GoCelery.com, Uphold, Cubits.com (EU),

and Chip Chap allows credit card: http://cointelegraph.com/news/115145/buy-bitcoin-with-a-credit-card-worldwide-with-chip-chap

I have a feeling... that this could or might be a cloaked invitation to sell him BTC on this forum. Cloaked to avoid a red tagged trust rating.

Beautifully written... I just love the creativity here. "without issues like pending statuses" (rephrased: give me the BTC asap). 3.99% on Coinbase is not bad. It's $40 and is quite competitive when compared to cash advance fees and currency conversion charges for international transactions. It's a psychological play of words. Any other exchange, guys, that does credit card transactions with instant release of BTC and no holds or clearing time or holding time or waiting time?? And to think this is posted in the currency exchange forum. Nice.

In two parts of 500/500. Quite detailed. Informs any potential BTC seller here of how he expects to do this.

Maybe that's why this post is in the wrong sub. It should be in trading discussion.

Also, since you can get $300 from Cricle, you only need $700.
