IF not better to make one and you will see lots of faucet rotator will list your faucet if you give good referal commision like 50% in early days. Also this is quite working way to gain traffic to faucet in starting phase.

Or you have to put a high prize, so people will add your faucet on their lists. The other way is make a different template, like a game/gamble site and try to advertise it with banners.
