I wasn't active for a few weeks on the forum because I had some personal issues to sort out, I wasn't even using the internet that much, so basically I haven't checked anything about Bitcoin in the last weeks. I havent kept up with bitcoin news, and I havent kept up with the price, or the roadmap of the community.

And yet nothing has changed, bitcoin is still 540 EUR, just about the same as I last checked it, looks like it bounces between the 520-560 EUR price range. Yea I wish it would go up to 20,000 EUR, but even if it doesnt go up, at least it doesnt go down.

So even though I havent kept up with bitcoin for 3 weeks, I didnt had to worry about the price going to 0 EUR, this stability is what I love.

So I think the price is pretty much stable, the hardfork debate still goes on, but only made up of shills at this point, so I dont even care about it anymore. Bitcoin Core rocks, looks like the 0.13 version has been smoothly introduced. Segwit is on the horizon and bitcoin will probably have a bright future ahead.

So it's this stability and consistency what I love, the price is pretty much stable now, and I dont have to worry about people physically stealing my BTC, or the "BTC company" going bankrupt, it just feels so good, passive investment, that doesnt need babysitting.

Basically it's total financial independence, and it's very safe in my opinion.

Really banks? So you are spamming my email to sign up for a savings account that wont give me returns exceeding inflation and I have to risk bail-ins.

I dont have a savings account since 2014, and they are desperate to make me re-open it. I hardly keep any money in the bank now, times are too uncertain.

I also read about negative interest rates and an incoming financial collapse that could wipe out all banks in europe. So no thank you.

I can hardly imagine how a rich person that has say 10,000,000 EUR in his savings account must feel, he must be chewing his fingernails 24/7 being in panic mode, and everytime he reads the financial news he is an inch close to a heart attack.

So with a  savings account I have to constantly check my e-mails if the bank fees are changed or the rules of transaction, while also have to check the news because I cannot know when the interest rates will drop to say -50%. It can literally happen any minute in this atmosphere of crisis.

Also I cannot know when the bank goes bust and takes my money with him in bail-ins, which is just outright theft.

So yea, i think Bitcoin is safe and reliable, and above all consistent. While a bank is literally a casino at this point. So I'd rather use BTC, it gives me so much independence.

Hope you got your personal issues resolved. But I can't say I agree with your statement that Bitcoin is stable and consistent, that nothing changed while you were away is just pure luck, it doesn't actually mean anything. Stable and consistent would be for example knowing exactly how much you need for a can of coke. You can go live in the forest for a few months and when you come back chances are you'll still be able to get a can of coke for the same amount of money. There is absolutely no way you could guarantee this with Bitcoin.

I think many people are interested in bitcoin because the price is not stable, but you are different, you like the other side of bitcoin.

About the stability of bitcoin it's just depending with the definition of every person, Like in my personally I can categorizing the bitcoin is very vague, sometimes they are reaching their stabilization and in the another time, they do not get their stabilization.

A lot of people will not agree with you, because they think the banks are out to serve them, but the opposite is true. The banks main goal is to make a profit, and this is where the problems come in. A profit driven service will concentrate on their interest, and they will charge you high fees to accomplish that.

Bitcoin serve nobody, and the technology and the price are driven by market demand and supply. ^smile^

Yes, but the price for bitcoin can change in every possible moment. Today nobody know in which side, as the time shows bitcoin is just growing, but in some cases the price fells down. This is bitcoin's nature. And I love bitcoin exactly for that.

i like the stability of bitcoin price that is turning into a common thing and the stability periods last longer than before each time. and i do believe that it can actually help the adoption of bitcoin as a currency instead of an investment to dump as soon as price goes up!

i love bitcoin since i can make my first withdrawal in about $30, i know its not much but its really makes me smile and i can tell my family that i can make money with bitcoin. i don't know about the blockchain technology, the only thing i care is how i can make money while i am online. this is my main purpose and i really like that bitcoin is help me to do this.

You know, this is like asking meat lovers what they think about meat. :D I fully understand that you may or may not find a few people with differentiating view points here, which may not fully support this. However, most people are going to praise financial independence, because that's one of the reasons that they're here for. I'm not really interested in the price of Bitcoin in USD (people complain when it's volatile, and they also complain when it's stable). What I'm interested, and what I cherish is the freedom. I can do anything with my money, whatever I want and whenever I want it (besides the times where your Core database goes corrupt and you have to reindex for 24 hours :-X ).

Not really. The last period feels more like the exception that proves the rule rather than bitcoin being stable/consistent as a whole. Remember a few months ago when we went from $450 to $750 to $600 almost overnight? I'd call that inconsistent and volatile if anything.

i think it is only the better timing that you found the stable bitcoin price becuase . today i found that about $12 usd fall down in the bitcoin rate .

I don't think bitcoin price could be considered as stable price, if you look at price difference in last 24 hour its more than 2% down which is really big if compared to other forex markets. However if you are not holding 100's of bitcoin than this change may not effect you, but if you hold this could be a big loss in fiat. The beauty of this swing is the oppurtunity it create to do day trading with big profit.

Everything you have said were true.  Bitcoin is something that users should be proud of.  There is nothing negative I can say about it.  People who were into bitcoins feel the sentiment everyone have.  Banks gives only a small interest with taxes over it.  So if you are thinking to save your money, it is much better to put it on your bitcoin wallet.

Yes, bitcoin must be the better way to save money to get maximum return over time. The advantages of using bitcoin as investment for our saving and use it as mode of payment to have less transaction fees are the biggest things I love with the bitcoin.

What i love about the bitcoin is that i can buy almost everything with it right now and a couple of years ago it was not able to do it so the growing of the bitcoin is what i really love to see.

I also like the current lack of significant price movement. It gives people an opportunity to focus a little more on the Bitcoin technology and economy and not only on its fiat valuation. It makes Bitcoin less attractive for the speculator-type fiat loving trader idiots that are increasingly infesting this place. It also gives developers time to focus on their work without distraction by misguided expectations raised from ill-informed mainstream media reporting.

It's no surprise that Bitcoin is not going to zero fiat valuation again, because fiat money is scam money that will itself return to zero in the not so distant future. Therefore it's pretty meaningless to express Bitcoin's worth in USD or EUR, both currencies which are in an accelerated process being inflated to death...

you have left the scene in good weeks you could have left a couple of weeks ago during the hack and come back the day after the massive dip or for example you could have gone away like me during the $780 and wake up one morning to see that huge rise and be surprised!


what i love about bitcoin is the decentralized feature of it. when i want to use paypal i have to always be worried about not breaking any stupid rule or get my account banned, or when receiving it i have to always be worried about charge back.

with bitcoin there is nobody restricting me about how much i receive and how and where i spend my money. plus there is no charge back to open room for fraud.

Yeah that is hilarious, the interest rates the banks offer are actually gross interest rates, and an income tax still applies to them.

So if they give ya 1% interest, that is more like 0.5% with a 30-50% income tax. It is just crazy.

And the risk of bail-ins is now imminent in my opinion, so one person must be a huge gambler to put his money in a bank.

You know a bank used to be a safe place to store money, but not anymore. In the past responsible people stored their money in the bank, now only idiots do this.

But it seems to be you can do in online only not with the offline stores.  Still there is no few shops also which accepts bitcoin as payment in my country. I love the Bitcoin's potential and anonymous among the people.

Yeah right until now there is no stores locally  that can accept bitcoin as payment locally.. but there is a country like brazil that has 150 stores locally are accepting bitcoin as payment.. if bitcoin will be more well know in your country you can offer it to other company or stores to accept bitcoin as payment.. if you can sponsored and i am sure other stores will attract to accept bitcoin too..

What i love bitcoin is the value or the price of it. Why? Because for me it is interesting in terms of value, it is not stable and i always waited when the time will come would it increase. I can buy almost everything i want where ever i go. Also i can share a little bit knowledge of mine and even i can get information from the forums about bitcoin.

What I love about bitcoin is that it gives me an opportunity to earn an income without really spending or investing fiat because I can earn it through offering my services to others like joining the signature campaign. It's a big opportunity especially for those people living in third world countries where their earnings in the campaign were used in paying for their school needs or day to day needs. I love it because I am able to trade with it even though I only have a small amount of capital and I am able to minimize my risk than to put my hard-earned coin in betting/gambling which I might lose in just seconds or minutes.

Like you, I am also loving the feature of bitcoin's price fluctuations. With that I am able to make good amount of profits by using it for my trading. I'm not a perfect trader before, still I'm able to make use of bitcoin fluctuations to make profits out of it, the key is bitcoin price will always move towards higher levels, so bitcoin trading is much easier.

What i love about bitcoin because its priceless banking to send and receive money for nothing anywhere for some unknown reason banks and finance hate it and of course in capitalism if you cannot buy it sell it or fine it kill it of course it's crooked and they are angels ha ha ha ha I've got the stitch now. There are many things that I simply love about bitcoin is that I can easily send money to my parent's bank account with a mouse click and with minimum fees and for doing that I don't have to enter the door steps of the banks.

the most i love about bitcoin is now i can make money by selling my bitcoin to get real cash and this is why i need to hard work than before to reach my goal. beside that, now with bitcoin, i can buy some stuff that available on amazon with helping of third party website and i can pay with bitcoin. bitcoin really help me makes my life good and bitcoin help me to make real money.

About bitcoin consistency that its depend upon markets that's  why some kept their coins for future they think that price will be going up but  if i made more coins than i will made online transactions or will be use in trade .

I really like the fact that I can buy things that do not show up at my credit card billing.
This way I do not have to justify myself befor my wife if I buy something that is useless in her eyes. She has that strange money control issue.
The only thing that's left for me to do is being faster than her when the delivery man comes.

I opened a bank account at another bank a while ago { 2 years } because they offered a debit card, linked to Master card without credit.

So you could buy something on the internet like a normal credit card transaction, but if the site gets hacked and the details of this card

gets out, then these hackers can only withdraw or use the amount you left there... no credit that you do not have. So the other day, I

want to buy something, and I used the card again... only to find that the account was "blocked" by the bank, because it was dormant for

too long. I had to visit the bank and jump through a bunch of hoops to get it open again... after standing in the queue for 1 hour. Bitcoin

takes away ALL of this frustration... No queues / No blocked accounts / No wasted time / full control over my own finances.  ;D ;D ;D

I am a gambler and I simply love the fact about bitcoin is that it has made by gambling easier as now I can gamble freely without disclosing my identity and even people around me are not aware that I am into gambling.

Yes  i have suffered similar things too. I once got my internet banking account suspended because i didnt used it for 2 months. WTF?

The bank expects me to be online constantly 24/7, and I  already pay a yearly fee for it, it's not like i`m using it for free.

So i had to call them, a lenghtly 30 minute conversation and it got reactivated, it's still a hassle though.

With bitcoin, i just leave it there for 1 year and nothing happens to it, perhaps the software needs update, but the protocol remains the same.

This is what I want with bitcoins too that we are able to get some good profit if we are just going to be hard working. And there are a lot of ways that you are going to be able to start with different opportunities. And another thing with its very fast confirmation for every transactions that I make with it, I love it too.

This is  the most common thing   which  people  do love bitcoin because  it gives us opportunity to earn bitcoin since   bitcoin is money after all. For me it is so simple. I love bitcoin because its give me money or its give me income by just earning bitcoin through typing captcha, joining in sig campaign, investing to the online investment, trading through online trading and gambling through online. After all if you get profit which you dont provide your really money you can a buy what you want.

Same thing with me, I also find that bitcoins are much better solution and currency then fiat is. Banks are just service that with bitcoin lose it's purpose. They take money from us on every step they can, plus they are always arrogant and not pleasant when you go into the bank.

Agree its very difficult to find any stores now that accepts bitcoin as a payment if you buy something but soon we will have a lot of stores if bitcoin will be more famous and almost of us recognize it as a money. When we say bitcoin then it is very valuable .

Yes trading bitcoin or crypto is great oppurtunity for earning but there is also forex trading from which you can also earn good profit. I love bitcoin in all fields. I liked the variety of things, from a financial payment media as well as additional income for me.

It gives me an oppurtunity to earn without investment and to earn big without going outside. Theres no boss that you should follow. Plus theres a lot of ways on how you can grow your own funds. Its up to you.

I love it because it gives me an opportunity to have an investment option aside from the usual investments using fiat currency. I can diversify my investments to reduce the risks of losses. I also love that I can trade using bitcoin and I accumulate profit as much as I can so that when I have my target capital then I can convert some of my profit to fiat and then invest in some other business that is not related to bitcoin. I also love that I can open a wallet anytime and can separate my funds to different wallet if I want to without the need of any documents unlike banks that need supporting documents to open an account.I love that I can send money through bitcoin with a lot lesser transaction fee compared to using banks or any remittance center. It gives me hope that I can achieve my goals by using bitcoin and earning through it and I am glad that I have known its existence.

I think the present stability is stagnation, not actual stableness. when interest soars or wanes further than that's gonna be proven to be an illusion.

beside that, the most i love about bitcoin is we can make real money with withdraw our bitcoin into fiat and then we can spend that money to buy anything we want. and for earning bitcoin, i will do trading more and more so i can earn more amount in bitcoin and after that, i only need to withdraw it into fiat.

The bitcoins price right now is might be stable but if we look at to the past the price was too unstable, and this is why people are too scared to invest their money in to the bitcoin, i personally won't invest much , to be honest i really love bitcoins rate nowdays it will be more steady and its good to transaction with it. However bitcoin is better than others  including the banks as a payment processor.

I think invest a part of our income in bitcoin is affordable as price is expected to rise in future so if it happens then even with a small investment we can make good profits from it.

The best thing about bitcoin is it is supported worldwide so no restrictions due to country where you live as well as non-reversible payment making it superior to other payment processor and also low fee give better benifits.

Bitcoin cranes : might be another name for bitcoin faucets. I just googled, getting results of bitcoin faucets. But personally, I never find faucets are good for myself.

But, I heard the real use of faucets are spreading bitcoin system to new people. They are giving an opportunity for them to test how bitcoin works with very low amount of free bitcoins. Maybe some people with the huge amount of of the referrals, will love bitcoins due to faucets.

I agree with the most part of OP topic. I think that Bitcoin is indeed stable and having really promising potential , and it is as well safe to use. But unluckily we still need to use banks right now and mostly we still need to convert out btc to fiat for the most billing purposes

What I love in bitcoin? Well, there are many things but I'll write some of them shortly. At first what I live in bitcoin is that you can make anonymous transactions and protect your privacy, you can to have offline wallet and store bitcoins on them safely. We can't print money but we can mine bitcoin that's the thing every miners love. It halfly means that you print money but in reality you mine bitcoin and tahn exchange it on other currency. And last thing which I live mostly is that bitcoin's price is changing very quickly ( I can't say this about last 1-2 month, it's stable now). Fast change of bitcoin's price makes trading more good and fun.

This bitcoin forum makes me feel like I have a chance to do more with the skills i have in my day to day life. Bitcoin world is younger and filled with opportunities for all employed and unemployed. What I love basically which is the fundamental to me is the anonymity which I can transact anonymously accross borders and countries without facing all unnecessary bottlenecks of government all in the name of verification another is the flexibilty and partial coonsistency as the price within a particular range in relative consistent which will to a large extent aid decision making.

I love decentrlization and anonymousity of Bitcoin and i love that i own my personal bank using Bitcoin with very small transaction fees , its a lot better than other currencies.

I love the transparency of bitcoin and the technology. Even though I don't know who's using what address ( except when I do :P ), I can read and understand anything about bitcoin and the technology so I don't have to trust anyone, but science.

to me Bitcoin is all round loveable and it can give us multiple services, we can put our assets safe in bitcoin and we can also make good money in bitcoin it can also be used as currency for shopping.

The speed and the low fees are the main reason i am into bitcoin. For me it is now the main thing to do and use. But if you think about it the amount of new shops that are accepting bitcoin are growing and that's how we should spent our coins, to stimulate the economy.

For me i like the way that more people can earn lot of money without more requirement like a real job, stable price is not good for the traders like me we love the fluctuation of the price because we can get more profit on that.

You are right, bitcoin does give us  a  chance  to earn  money especially to those people  who dont have a  job  and as  a trade moving  prices of bitcoin would be a very good thing to make profits  in every  move even though there are times  we suffer losses but  we could  surely  back it up.

The fact is that even if you don't have a full time job then bitcoin can take care of your living and you can earn descent amount of money from it which keep on growing over a period of time.

I love the recent stability too, but this does not happen always because we are aware that bitcoin price is unstable most of the time, if this happened in the last months it doesn't mean will happen also for the rest of the months this year. I am totally agreed with you pal, nowadays bitcoin can be considered as very stable digital currency all around the world. The stability and consistency  is immeasurable and very unpredictable too. The influence also of bitcoin is very strong for the investors too.

Yeah and if you can manage to earn it in multiple ways then you can earn much higher income from it and it may exceed from your full time job salary especially if you are living in third world country.
