But banks are not open on sundays and saturdays so what difference will it make

Your app is full of bugs and errors.Please improve it before improving your service

You can report it support buy mailing them but i uses it oftenly but i havent seen any.but there previous app version was good than new one.

Thats true new app has bug.we need to take same action two or three time to complete it.For example,when i wanted to withdraw my balance to my account ,I had to tried three time

If you have IMPS enabled with your bank, or you have same bank as zebpay ( for example you have HDFC bank account and we have HDFC bank account ) you can transfer funds now on Saturday, Sunday and get it credited to your account.

Thanks :) Withdrawals via IMPS have lot of issues at large scale including very small limits. So withdrawals are not guaranteed. We are focusing on othre marketing channels at the moment, so no plans for sig campaign. You can take part in our Diwali giveaway contest.

Zebpay has greatly moved up,great new for bitcoin users.

Zebpay has earned many new customers and I am happy for them but their app has several bugs and I dont see any new update anymore.I hope they soon fix all issues associated with their app or also make an online platform

Our new update should be released next week. We have mostly focused on security, scaling and back office processes during this period. Thanks to feedback from users like you, we have fixed some of reported issues.

Zebpay पर जो रेट दिखाए गए हैं, काफी हद तक उन्हीं रेट्स पर बिटकॉइन ख़रीदा / बेचा जाता है, मैंने भी कई दफा यहाँ पर अपने कॉइन बेचे हैं और दिखाए गए रेट पर ही बिके सारे। रही बात जमा करने या निकालने की, तो उस पर भी कोई चार्ज नहीं होता और यदि हो तो भी नाममात्र चार्ज होता है।

I think its a very good initiative in india for the bitcoins lover .Well i think u have to make it more initiative while doing transactions and through imps bank transfer .well over all its good and not many complaigns about it .kudoos☺

Great news for us as Indian bitcoin users.me and my all friends use Zebpay for bitcoin to INR.Zebpay is now available 7 days a week but I am confused how does working on holidays.can you please post details how does working on holidays.

From today Zebpay has given the limits in their trade bitcoin section where users set their own price for buy and sell. But now users will not be able to set their own prices at their will as there is a range given by zebpay where in between that only you have to place it nor higher or nor lower. Which actually dumps the overall purpose of having this feature as its not 100% what it was meant to be frankly.

Understood your concern. The problem is if we allow any range then the whole order book becomes unusable. But I see merit in your concern too. Will get this on road map and will see how we can resolve this.

Thanks, hope to solve this quickly because for months everything was working fine and now this issue you are facing it. Yeah because this is only exchange in India having this unique feature and much desired by all.

The initiative that Zebpay took is fine IMO, because it is needed currently, else people would manipulate the whole market so badly that no one can think. All that is going on currently, I am talking about demonetization, has affected the price a lot and if the guns are handed over to people during this time, then you know what will be the result.

Lol do you really think Indian bitcoin users,given their small numbers,alone can manipulate bitcoin prices?

Yes that is true I don't think Zebpay is available 24 hours.I tried to withdraw funds on Saturday night but got them on Monday in my bank

Please accept our sincere apologies on issue you have faced. Due to high sell rates, people bought lot of coupons in last few days. Restocking with Amazon and other suppliers is manual process and takes some time. Hopefully it will be refilled soon. Thanks for your support and patience.


We do not have operations for 24 hours as of now. We only work during day times, 7 days a week. After evening and on Sundays NEFT does not work. We try to process withdrawals using IMPS but it depends on your order amount, our own IMPS limits and sometimes your bank account ( co operative banks and some SBI associated banks have very poor IMPS success rate ).  We are working hard to scale our operations.

My withdrawal is processed today but money didn't credited in my bank account...
