Alex,
Do you believe it's a SCAM based on your knowledge and research?
I believe you said somewhere do not invest on any ICO if the team is unknown or if there no ESCROW
Thanks,

From my research here is what I have concluded, there has been an event and it has been used for the purposes of promoting Kibo in Singapore.

Do I know any of the developers. No I do not, I have told them the best idea is to reveal identities.

Escrow protection I do not believe there is no current escrow protection, the community really has to focus in on these things.

Smart contract code - It has not been released yet, so any code vetting cannot be done currently.

Do they understand business - my guess is yes from the details I have read and the explanations they have written.

I hope this helps, the community really has to put pressure on them for these ideals. I am currently waiting for a vetting of the contracts - I really hope they make the correct moves here, because no contract vetting at the start especially for Ethereum soldiity smart contracts is a big problem and they have 11 days.

I hope this data helps.

There are strange moments in this project.
If the browsing history of the project, they and did not launched a full platform. But have decided to collect the ICO.

On Russian-speaking forum, the theme of their platform was placed in the HYIP section.
Now, the project is marked as a problematic.
