+1. Vaki, you can start doing this.

Or you can make 200sat/15 min if your reward is 40sat/3 min. In this way you prevent bot/hack.
You will notice a big difference ;)

10% ref commision is really low,  better to have big time between claims than 3 minute so that you can pay more and also chance of getting bot attack will also be low if you increase time between claims.

Don't forget to add anitbot links for better protection.

Possible rewards: 40 (85%), 70 (15%) satoshi every 3 minutes
for an hour people could got equally 800 satoshi and i think those rewards is decent rewards and also your faucet are pretty clean with no annoying ads and overall i do like your faucet but for secure i think you should be putting antibot button to protect your faucet from bots

800 satoshi/ hour would be decent reward for 1 or 2 claims. But you have to click 12-20 times to get 800 satoshi, i don't know why someone would even bother to waste whole hour for exactly half cent. It sound like lots of work for few satoshi.

Ok, but this is new faucet, and you need good promotion. For good promotion you need good rewards or giveaways. And when you get enough users, than adjust rewards how you think its best. Its never good idea to start new faucet with low rewards, because people will come, see and never come back. Just friendly suggestion, nothing more  ;)
And you should really do something about protection against bots.

ReCAPTCHA is not good?

Recaptcha is best captcha service for faucet I think, but you should anti bot links additionally. Also you have to block users which are trying to claim with Proxy/VPN. And I don't see any ad banners on faucet, from where you are planning to take money to pay for users?

I waiting to Alexa add my site,and i put mellow ads but i cant untli they add faucetriver.top on Alexa.

I think not they are bad for faucet and have heard few faucets getting dried out with bots. Better try funcaptcha interactive captcha hard to solve by bots and also add antibot links.

It takes a long time or i think 3 months before you can get some record in alexa their remove also the free metrics before this year.. unlike before that you can submit your site for free now you need to pay or wait for 3 months to save your traffic keywords or records for your sites..
So just sure that you are using fake traffic to increase your rankings in alexa..

They makes payout when you reach 10000 satoshi. I can't say you about the payment rates, it depends on traffic and how much advertisers they have. But I can say it's one of the best bitcoin ad networks. For more detail information you should ask for faucet owners.
