Its really possible that Op dont know or didnt expect that the all possible lenders, will go out and check his collateral? I am sorry but after review and I am sorry but this is a no go. I am not sure where you are getting your estimation from, but this domain is worth about $50 for collateral anywhere. There is no site attached to it and every site I use to evaluate, gave me a value of between $60 and $109. I know, this is where you tell me I am nuts and all, but I buy and sell domains as part of my living and not one of my high end clients even showed interest in such a name. Sorry, but you will need valid collateral.
