Just found a glitch on fortune jack that made me loose a few dollars.

In the above pic see the two encircled areas, i was betting on 2.093x, and on left of 2.093x in the circle you'd be able to see "<52.70" which means that i shall win if number is less than 52.70, but when the bets showed up, in the game column, it says ">52.70", so basically ">52.70" is mathematically correct, but in the beginning i was shown wrong info which made me loose, i always choose "less than" while betting and this confused me, and by the time I realized what is happening, the auto bet had busted me.

As this was a fault on part of thw house, I would appreciate if I am refunded my lost amount(wasn't a lot, but money is money).

That's a programming bug.A really simple error but you should not only be given back your amount but some rewards for figuring it out.Has it happened to anybody else or only you ? Being on the neutral side,such images could easily be photoshopped.Waiting for FJ's reply..

You should ask they refund your loss becomes winnings, and 0.1 btc for bug bounty. You need to be angry, so they will compensate you, if you are too gentle, they won't compensate you.

Being hyper and whinny makes you look stupid and trust me no one takes you seriously when you behaves like that.I like how honestly he just wants the money he lost instead of asking for "big bounties" like other shills.Fortunejack do care about their rep around the forum,failing to pay him would result in their defamation indeed.

I am not "angry", I am just saying that this was a stupid bug on FortuneJack's side and I just shall be given back my loss.

They had some dice issues and bugs, and i am sorry this happened to you, but do you have any other proof than this screen shot? Because you could bet over and switch rolls to under after bets and than take this picture. You could also switch to <30 and take picture and say dice didn't bet <30.

Just go to the mobile site and see it yourself!!!! Things are not hidden, they are wide open in public.

That is quite a serious flaw for any casino to have, do they ever respond on btctalk? People could be losing a lot of money due to this "glitch" - you should probably steer clear of any online betting as that losing streak shows you it's stacked against you.

Did fj answer you and compensate you, if pay you a bug report bounty, it would be great.

Bounty? They are not even replying to my PMs, they are not even paying me back my lost amount. Really irresponsible on their part.

Get some Trusted member look into this. Also consider posting it on reddit. Shame game usually gets a lot of site owners to respond correctly.

What Should Happen:
The obvious way to make this right would be to respond to the player within 6 hours or so with a  sincere apology, itemized list of all the losing bets that have already been refunded (looks like somewhere around .04 BTC) , a time frame of when the bug is expected to be fixed and an extra .025 - .05BTC for the inconvenience.  Meanwhile dice is taken down or programs a pop up or something explaining the bug   < and > are sometimes wrong and players are responsible for double checking before roll until further notice.

It's called customer service.  Same principle applies at restaurants, hotels or banks.

We all know there isn't a chance in hell fortunejack's response will even remotely resemble my example.  First they will take forever to respond, and by the time they do they will have a bunch of other players trying to freeroll them (since they didn't bother fixing stupid bug).  

But what's worse is the fact that their horrendous customer support would rank only a little below average among all the other Bitcoin "Software Provider Buffet" Casinos.

I wish I could help get your situation solved OP but they've basically stopped posting and left all the work to their sig campaign over the past couple months. (shortly after I got this nice message (https://i.gyazo.com/5dc4c55462fd3a7ce4cea520fa4fc41b.png) from Jack himself!)

The outcome was 17.26, so it should of been a winner.  (17.26 this number is < (less than) 52.7)

Is the visual bug you're referring to the fact that it appears as if he lost the bet, but really he was paid?
(OP, can you confirm you were not paid?  Were you paying enough attention to balance?)

If the user was not paid, you should pay him immediately + extra for what a pain in the ass this has been for him.
Also, you should apologize to him for the bug and also for taking so long to respond to him.

If it is a visual bug, why do you need your "top specialists" to fix it? Bugs like this can be easily fixed by changing the HTML. Even a kid could do it  ;D It does affect the outcome of the game - if I bet on a coin flip and bet on the button that says tails, when it actually means heads, I would lose instead of win. That has an affected outcome.

Incorrect. The 'visual' bug makes players to make the opposite bet. You have an obligation to compensate OP for his losses and time.

Your top specialists in the technical field are taking too much time for fixing this 'visual' bug. OP reported it a week ago. A bug bounty for OP is well deserved.

I sort of agree with this. A visual bug also affects the players future bets. If you are gambling, then you are implying what i see is not what is actually happening. Thats not what players gamble on your site for.

@OP, Any updates regarding this issue? Has it been addressed/fixed yet? What did their support say? I really wanna know what happens, how their support would actually handle this because from what I can see, it's been pretty much brushed off as a 'visual bug which has no effect on the outcome'.

Yes, you're right. I have a habit of betting "under" when I auto roll, because I find it lucky. And if that bug wouldn't have been there then I surely would have won those bets. So as the bug wasn't a very serious one, but still it was a bug that made me loose money, so I dont demand any bounties, but I am sure, I deserve a refund.

Well if this visual bug wasn't there I claim that I would have betted under and would have won it, I was not paid for my loss and still have not been paid. Also paying exta is up to them, but I well deserve a refund for my losses (approx .04BtC)

Contacted FortuneJack chat a few days ago, I was then told that I'll be contacted in 24 hours, in 24 hrs I just got a reply that my issue was being looked at. Its been 5-6 days from then and I haven't received any response/refund.
Absolutely 0 customer service.
