So Bitpal.trade is a site where users are paid to teach other users, right?

What exactly can you teach, must it all be bitcoin related or simply general topics?

Nice to have your announcement.
I wish to suggest you to think about promotions for your forum like running many different campaigns here in this forum. Signature campaign and social media campaigns are very effective here as it will always target many crypto currency users.

Agree with this  since  creating  signature  campaign regarding on your site/forum would be  effective on bringing  traffic and  potential users/members on  your forum. You must lend  some  budget  on  creating  advertisements  on your   forum. By the way  whats the general  requirement of being  a moderator?

What do you mean by "ideas"? Do we get pay simply from posting or solving others people problem through posting?

I checked site personally by supposing something may be about trading but when see it just stumbled me, because its a forum.

And I think they have understand potential of forum in market. So have introduced many of categories. But have to think about design specially black background. And as mentioned in OP no trading for forex or bitcoin seen on main page.

Domain looks preety good but have to mange it properly for good ROI.

Now we are trending new era of pay to post forums/exchanges mixture and all are failing hard.

For the reasons:

1- They have no initial fund or even if they do have it's a hundred bucks or 2.

2- They are not offering anything new but are asking many things even more than the well established forums like this one I'm posting on.

3- They are not serious about their business and are not professional and have very poor typing/social skills to at least represent  their service with a good first impression.
---===---===---===---===---===---===---======---===---===---===------===---===---===---======---===---===---===

Now lets talk business.
Will you accept the suggestion of using escrow?
How much will you pay for each post containing the minimum 80 characters?
Do you need people to give somehow their money making ideas the ones currently making hundreds of dollars for them in order to earn a few cents?
Do you expect us to act as google and wikipedia for the noobs and lazy ones? I'd suggest to use the already free services the big companies are providing instead of paying for them.

Can I suggest you in a very peaceful manner to offer something interesting and worthwhile otherwise no one cares about how good you are providing the already well provided services at first, however after spending from your pocket and attracting enough members then people start to see the goods and potentials and start to spread the words for free.

Hope you be successful and Adios. ;)

By the way  whats the general  requirement of being  a moderator?
To become a moderator of the forum, you need not to have sound knowledge on what are the topics are being discussed in that forum.
But at least, you need to have good awareness of forum rules and regulations so that you could find an offender and will enforce the rules so that you could create a better discussion environment.

Since it's more of a forum for forex trading, I assume that by teaching you meat to teach how to trade? Is that it? Please give us more details. I saw your thread that you are looking for moderators but you didn't mentioned the requirements you need to be selected.

Im thinking the same thing too which OP  seems  not serious regarding  with this matter since he  just  post  only  about the  job and  also the payrates were decent enough  that would able to attract  potential members  but  same as you said   op doesnt even have time to answer all the question and queries regarding  on the said project that he  proposes which is  somehow  considered as trolling for me. In fact he doesnt even show  on the funds  that  would be used to pay for the workers.

While I agree with you based both on the brevity of the posts and the newbie account, I would like to add something.  I am not saying that the OP is legit, but noting that while he/she appears to be having issues getting it all done, they are also doing what appears to be actively hiring.  Also, a new account can happen with a new business.  A person can be using Bitcoins and doing business for years and not have the need for this forum, although not super likely.  But, a new business and a new need for support, advertising and people to hire will undoubtedly be followed by new accounts on several forums and sites.  To be completely against a new business pitch because the account is new would be too harsh, skeptical, sure. Otherwise its like attacking a person applying for unemployment saying that they have never been in the unemployment office before, and the reason is they have had a job up to that point, lol.

I'm looking to see the creator of the OP should teach himself or hire some one to correct vocabulary and verbal communication and sentence making. Good luck.

First of all, this idea is great but as every amazing idea it is hard to believe in. So you created forum and some rich Russian programmer will pay for people's ideas?
Am I understanding this correctly? Or It it will be p2p system and users will pay each other - so how can you make them pay?
Unless I see confirmation that people are being paid for their efforts and ideas I won't believe that this project is serious.

Announcing big rewards and big news the OP gone offline from yesterday, I am viewing that even on his own forum there is no any post of him. By the way the idea is great if he work hard for that he will get the success he want.

Also now there is another thread in Services section then Op is looking for moderators for this forum. Apparently he is willing pay every moderator a $200 monthly salary.
He is looking for 20 people or something - so now I am not sure if this project is so big that he is fine with paying $4000 per month.
Or it is aggressive publicity stunt to gain attention and publicity for that new forum.

With the activity of OP now it is proved that it is only a rubbish and nothing more as OP is escaped away from here leaving back his mega rewards for the members of his forum.
