Pfft.  OP, I was wondering the same thing, what the hell is "black PayPal"?  Like hacked or something?  Why don't you request this on some dark market forum, if such a thing exists, or hackforums?  This forum tries to stay pretty clean.

If you think by posting such threads you are going to make it look good or you will succeed in having your business started then I believe you are going wrong way . These things will just ruin your trust ratings .

I think bitcointalk moderators should take a look at ut and if possible ban the user coz this kinda shit should not allowed in bitcointalk if they really want to keep forum safe from scammers

There is nothing illegal about trying to acquire black PayPal however it is certainly against PayPal's TOS and that's why buyers are willing to pay a premium for Noir funds atm.

For those that don't know what this is - it's something that will be public eventually so don't worry about it. In fact it will probably cause a flurry of discussion on this forum because Noir funds are intended to be a BTC alternative.

OP: I don't understand why you want to buy Noir funds right now? It's not like BTC in the sense that early adopters will profit from it.  PM me if you need more information on black PayPal but I'll be honest and say there's absolutely no reason to acquire funds "early."
