You may go with Green Address wallet, but double check that you will be installing the right app.
Still, I like to suggest you to learn more about different types of available bitcoin wallets from here https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

That is the right URL, every newbie must check.

My suggestion must be : Choose desktop wallet for long term saving, even for hot wallet as it is more secured and will support your to hold your bitcoins. Mobile wallet may lag in security.

Future has nothing to do with past. So, no guarantee for same in upcoming days with an online wallet provider always. Please do not suggest online wallets as some light wallets has no differences from online wallets for newbies.

I advice you using the desktop wallet , or the blockchain wallet, both are secured and safe enough for long term dealing with Bitcoin, especially if you look for holding some bitcoins into your wallet

The best wallet is the wallet which you have the private key, so you can always getting the access to your bitcoins. The exchangers and online wallets aren't always safe and secure.

Green address is also a good wallet  but  you could try some reputable  web wallets  like coinsbase, blockchain and same others said you could try pc wallets for long erm purpose. If you are just starting  up to  bitcoin world then  better go to  beginners section for some  essential ideas that you would need.

You can try blockchain's wallet as they are far more safer and trusted . They have been here for years and people are now harnessing it very frequently . I love using its application .

When you get to high rank enough and join a decent signature campaign, you'll be able to earn maybe a lot more than 30$ a month.

If you are looking for paying on the go on your mobile what ever your mobile is, Android or iOS the safest bet is Mycellium wallet. It is the safest bet because using a BIP32 (or 39 don't remember) and is the safest protocol as is also a wallet which can have a seed.

Having a seed (which you should keep in the safest place) means that you can restore this wallet even if you upgrade your phone later. Meanwhile it can be used for daily activities which you plan to do during a month.

There might be some bills you would not be able to pay, because they do not accept Bitcoin yet, so I would suggest you use Xapo for that.

They have Xapo Debit cards and also Cold-Storage Vaults which offer you a bit more security. Just go to https://xapo.com/ and sign up

for their service. Read the FAQ to learn more about their features and what fees they charge for their service.  ;)

Didn't heard anything bad about this wallet so go ahead.
Choose good exchange for buying bitcoins and have fun :)

Bro I have doubt on this because however Bitcoin debit card seems to decentralized one right. How we can use that to pay a government bills like electricity and water. If that can be possible even I will switch over to that.

Honestly if you want to pay bills, use your local currency. You will have to use your local currency to buy bitcoin, and then sell your coin again. I assure you you'll get pounded by fees.

green wallet is ok but i would suggest mycelium wallet as it is much more easy to use and have lot more control over your money as because you can export your public and private key to any other wallet also you can watch money convertion into other currencys at many diffrent exchanges

Transferring Bitcoin to your bank account is a good backup plan when you need to pay bills.

As for using Green Address to pay your bills, I haven't tried it so I don't recommend it. I wouldn't want another person to pay my bills for me without insurance.

Any wallet goes for monthly payments, green address should be fine. If you plan to store $9000 in a wallet it's another story. Try to check all btc to £ exchanges (including outside the UK), the fees vary a lot.

But  as we all know  , most of  us dont have these kind  of skills thats why  its somehow hard to earn   when you try  up to go  in services  section which  most of  seeking   jobs their  are  connected to technical skills.  30 euro is not  big  though you could possibly earn  it   here in this forum.

Why don't you use blockchain's mobile wallet app? That is quite secure i guess because i used it before sometime on my smartphone and had no issues with it and it was quite fast as well, not using it anymore though so don't know how it works right now.

Blockchain wallet is really well secured. I too use the same wallet for my transactions. We do have other wallet like localbitcoin chain. For a better trading, this wallet/site can be used. Though the wallets are well secured, its individual's responsibility to set up the security system at our desks. We have few steps described. Wallet is one of the key source in this career. Read more threads on the ways we can earn more bitcoins and start posting. Post needs to be constructive. Welcome onboard dude.

Start your posts. Require knowledge on bitcoins before posting. Threads here guide and make you completely understand what btc is and what happens with it. Once you are well familiar with it, you will be able to make posts with more quality and points. Join in a signature campaign. Know about your ranks and the ranks there in the system. Signature campaigns' payouts differs to each rank holder. Once joined, continue with your posts and adhere to the signature campaign rules where you have joined.

Some advices: Visit the forum sections, read the threads you have interest, comment about it, ask about what you don't know and would like to learn. This way you are increasing your activity in forum, which allows you to reach to highest ranks.

Highest ranks allow you to join a Signature Campaign to start earning by posting on forum. It's the best way to earn without investiments relatively easy and fast.

To earn extra amounts of satoshis, visit Micro Earnings section, you can find there good faucets and games to earn BTCs. Visit Services section also to find a job to earn more!

The best advice I can give:
Don't believe everything you read here or what people promise to you.
If an offer sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.
Using your head can save you a lot of trouble, and coins.

Yes. It is experienced to be good and secured. Still it depends on how you keep your wallets secured with the options given by the site. I have an experience. I happened to give in my login details into a sits which resembles as blockchain. I ignored reading out the URL. Within 20 minutes of login, my btc was hacked out from the wallet. Later I noticed the URL being biockchaina.com. Nothing could be done.
