                        Impulse coin also has a biggest feature. Unlike other coins, impulse coin holders can change the development plan and future of impulse coin by voting. They will also be asked to verify their wallet by signing a message, before their vote is accepted. Number of votes is directly equal to the total amount of coins they are having. It is required for the coins to stay in the same address for a week, you can stake but you cannot move, it is done for avoid multi-voting.

                       Impulse coin Has a 20 million allocated for ICO. They are provided to members in ICO and 1% of the total 20 million is allocated for bounties and Advertisements. It is the only way to finance the development of services that we are planning to launch and which will support the coin value.

You do not need to message me before sending. The digital signature will provide all of the authentication I could need. If you do not know how to produce a digitial signature that is fine. I will be happy to walk you through it. Just make sure you only send from an address you personally control. DO NOT SEND FROM AN EXCHANGE OR A CUSTODIAL WEB WALLET.

If you are wondering why I signed a hash of the message instead of the message its self, that is because I am using a trezor and its digital signature messages have a character limit. It is worth that small cost in my mind since you can feel secure in that your bitcoin will not be stolen.
