So you expect to get full market value for your phone that is located in Dallas.  Why not sell it on Ebay if its still new in box or better yet just return it ?  You probably want that insurance fraud money right?

It would be hard for you to lookk for your buyer here mate better put your offer to the LOCAL section where you can find your countrymen and sell your product there.

Physical collateral is in theory valid, but in practice it's total crap on this forum.  There's gotta be a pawn shop in your area--it's frigging Dallas.  You're not going to get as much as you're asking for it, but I highly doubt anyone here is going to accept a phone.  Could be wrong, but I've been vulture-circling this section of bitcointalk for a while now and I rarely see physical collateral used.

That's going to be troublesome if someone wants to use a physical collateral to be used in a loan. Imagine sending the item which may take 2-3 days and waiting for confirmation, then once the lender or escrow received they will check the value of the item and decide if its acceptable or not. If borrower is in a hurry for Bitcoins then using a physical collateral is not a good idea.

I don't remember any loan filled with physical collateral, although it's called valid , it's not done even one time in this forum yet.  Better sell your phone in craiglist , that's the place which is full of buyers and always and everywhere. You will sell it in no time there. US buyers really love craiglist.

Instead of sending the item with the possibility of waiting even longer to get the phone back if it can't be used a collateral, you can always send a picture of the phone with your bitcointalk username(or video if you are worried about photoshops).

I do believe only who lives near the op might wanna to risk to lend such ammount of bitcoins, a cellphone is something that can be sold anytime, soo its a valid colateral to who live at Dallas, if someone pick this colateral let me know the result.

I will take your phone as collateral for this loan, however you will have to ship it and cover the shipping with tracking and insurance.  Once the collateral is received, your loan will be funded.  Once the payback has been receive, you will be responsible for return shipping.  With the flatboat box shipping through USPS, you will be able to send your collateral through priority mail for 2 day delivery.  It will cost about $7 I think.  If you are ready, please post your phone picture here with your user name and 736 typed in a text window of the phone.  Once the picture is posted, please PM me and I will post loan terms here to be accepted.  I will wait to hear from you.
