Republika Srpska is voting on a referendum to celebrate an independance day of Republika Srpska from 1992 when they declared independence and started aggresion and genocide in Bosnia&Herzegovina only a year later after the aggression on Croatia

The referendum is forbidden by the constitutional court in Sarajevo, but nevertheless Dodik is not backing away
1/3 of the votes has been counted so far, 99.8% of Serbs voting to celebrate this day
Unquestionable vote

Dodik: "Republika Srpska is a country!"

Fierce reactions are coming from Sarajevo

Only naive people may think this is a vote about a celebration

This generally represents, that RS does not have to honor commands from Sarajevo
It means that RS is de facto a country, and not an entity inside Bosnia&Herzegovina

And once this referendum is held, and voted for
It is only a stepping stone for a soon to come secession referendum

Which would break the Dayton Agreement (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dayton_Agreement) signed by USA, Croatia and Serbia to end the war

Serbia is officially not supporting the referendum

But, I can't avoid to notice the headlines in Serbian papers, which are the same as ones 25 years ago, when a new war was mongored and Serbian people radicalized by fake stories and attacks on Croatian&Bosnian people
Faking "Ustashe" at every step, every stone, displaying it to their readers systematically and completely made up
Every person who is a Croat or a Muslim is an 'Ustasha'
Only to mongor

No sane person can believe, a person who said he will kill a 100 civilians for every killed Serb, who said that Vukovar is a Serbian city, who has dozens of Great Serbian videos all over the internet has abandoned the 'Great Serbian' scheme
And this person is Vučić, Serbian Prime Minister
Nikolić, president - "I am a Chetnik, and I dream of Great Serbia!"
"Western borders of Serbia are Virovitica-Karlovac-Karlobag"

Vojislav Šešelj, an ex-criminal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Eagles_(paramilitary)) during the wars, wins 23 seats in the Serbian parliament
I do not believe a country with a leadership like that, and people who vote for Chetniks on a regular basis, will not support Republika Srpskas secession
It is only a play

Only 25 years ago, they claimed they had nothing to do with the Serbian "revolt" inside Croatia & Bosnia&Herzegovina
Just like they are doing now
Months later, Serbian tanks overwhelmed both countries, altough Serbia "didn't" have anything to do with it

Dodik went to Moscow
http://www.balkaninsight.com/en/article/putin-dodik-meet-at-the-eve-of-bosnian-serb-referendum-09-23-2016

It's interesting to note, that the guardians of the Dayton agreement are Croatia and USA
If, the Dayton agreement was to be broken
These countries would have to intervene

If Putin backs RS because of Crimea, there is a rather small chance even of a bigger conflict
One world war was already started (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Archduke_Franz_Ferdinand_of_Austria) in Bosnia, and also by Serbian radicals

Republika Srpska is an independent country, and they are not slaves of the Bosnian Muslims. The Muslims think that they can take over Srpska through high birth rates, just like what they did in Kosovo. It will never happen. Srpska will either remain independent, or merge with Serbia. If the Muslims have any problem with that, then they can migrate to Turkey.

No, it is not.
Republika Srpska is an entity made on genocide and slaughter of Bosnian Muslims and Croats
Over 400 000 people were chased away during the war
RS is not a country

RS is a reward for aggression
A reward for slaughter

There are almost no Muslims in Srpska, and almost no Croats
Stories about "muslims taking over" is completely stereotypical :D
Mythomania and propaganda

All the Muslims are concetrated in the Federation of Bosnia&Herzegovina
Republika Srpska is ethnically clean (gee, I wonder why..)
The only ones suffering from this are Croats, Serbs are safe inside their genocidal borders
However, I hope they do understand, altough assimilated by Muslims, they do understand who destroyed their homes, towns, killed their loved ones, 25 years ago

RS will never merge with Serbia peacefully

Republica Srpska is not independent country but with this referendum they want to start legal process which can lead to the independence.
Personally, I don't think it's realistic option.
Serbian politic leaders didn't publicly support this referendum.
Putin, after his meeting with Republica Srpska president Dodik, also didn't support this referendum.
Dodik playing very dangerous game in order to increase his popularity and win next local election again.
Final result will be that everybody will start to ignore him, all international community and he will not be able to lead Republica Srpska any more.

If the Serbs don't want to live under Muslim rule, then you can't force them to do so. Remember 1999? The Kosovo Muslims wanted independence to their province, as they claimed that they are a majority there and they don't want to live under Serbian rule. The NATO bombed Serbia to rubble and the Muslims got their independence. Then why double standards with Srpska? They deserve independence, if the Kosovo Muslims deserve the same.

There aren't many bright predictions of the further progress and living standards in RS, some even say it may be worse after this. Don't think that RS is heading towards teh merging with Serbia, But who knows, we'll see how this plays out. But the muslims are rly greedy on balkan.

How is that word pronounced? It doesn't have any vowels
