This is just not a right post against the seller but if truly he/she have scammed you, you can take the following steps
Open a scam accusation at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
Give him a negative trust
Post your proof of scam here
make your post and accusation more respectable by coming up with proofs and not an abuse.

It would be helpfull if you do let us know the price of each faucet or if you do wanna to sell them just with a package, but looks like you got some community furious with that domains, soo maybe the only interest would be the scripts.

have you got any more stats like daily views ad revenue and so on for each of you sites
what is the price you are selling any of them for
what hosting is these sites on
