Hi, guys , I am just wondering what type of sports you love in sports betting? Does choosing that type of game gives you more advantage than other sports or you just love it because that is your favorite sport?

Please do share some inputs here.. ;D

I love soccer matches and also sometime cricket, i have betted on soccer matches specially in big tournaments many times. I like cricket also but haven't done much betting on cricket matches as it is hard to predict outcomes in cricket.

My priority is the sports of basketball. Im doing regular bets especially in NBA, PBA (our local basketball league here), International Games, FIBA or any yearly basketball events.

Does choosing the type of game we love gaves us advantage? Yes because our predictions can be close to accurate since you know well the sports, players, team and every factors around it.

i do like watching and playing soccer and that's why i prefer to bets for soccer match and 90% of my sport betting is from soccer match because i think i have enough knowledge to predict the particular match even though the result sometimes unpredictable but soccer always make me so excited to bets especially for big events

I love basketball also and that is the only sport where i am going to bet since basketball is the only one game one i almost follow and i am avid fan of nba and pba and so thats the reason for betting on that, and i think majoritt of pwople would really tell that basketball since that game is famous and their are players that has been awaited in times they are playing in the hardcourt.

i like betting on soccer games or football if want to call it that in English :D

and i think the reason for that kind of advantage are simply two things:

1) when you love something you have more fun and play with less stress and a more open mind so you make better decisions

2) when you love that game you obviously know more about that game rather than knowing about any other type of game like say basketball because you watch the matches and follow that sport closely.

I like betting on over runs in MLB baseball. If you select the " correct " game to bet on, there will surely be a game where teams will score a lot of runs. There are nine innings - top and bottom so there are good opportunities for teams to score. Unlike other games like soccer and basketball which are limited by the clock, baseball inning will only end when there are 3 outs. There is (slim) chance that a team can score more than 5 runs in an inning.

i don't like betting on any sports instead i love betting on the E-Sports :D

it is simply because of the answer to your second part of the question. it is because i want to bet on what i already like not what i don't like or like less. i am following e-sports more or less and like it and also know the teams and their stats more or less so it gives me the edge that i need for winning.

I really like the soccer betting, because I love the sport and I can take predictions because I may be a little to understand the various teams. It was very beneficial me for a chance of winning in the betting to win bigger. In addition I like MMA and I've had some time to bet on the sport.

me i like basketball especially nba im waiting for the season to start saving some good amount of btc for my capital, i seen some advantage because i love watching the game and i love reading insight about players and management so for me it would be easy to get some edge betting with the game you really understand the problem only is when fixed game happen it cant be avoided in any games.

I usually bet  on the NBA or MMA , Yes it do give me much advantage because aside from i also enjoy watching those sports i was able to predict easily because i  already know their strategies so basically i know the athlete better and if both athlete clashes i can predict according what i know about them

I love to bet on cricket, soccer and sometimes tennis. Though the house edge is higher in sports as compared to dice but then the knowledge factor is also there, that means that if I know about a particular team then I will earn easily.

Many of us bet on soccer because for a soccer game from a major european league there is all the information needed before deciding on who to bet accessible to everyone. My favorite sports to betting on it is soccer like most of the people here. It has various range of options to choose what you like. Some are based on purely luck like over/under in first half or corner or sending off options. Moneyline or over/under goals you can predict and I am also good in this game. I actually bet NBA ,PBA, DOTA but most of the time NBA . Yes choosing to bet on that games give me advantage cause i know what play they do and what team has a big percentage to win on my bets with those players .
Also most of the gamblers know and watch basketball so many of them are surely betting on it .

Soccer and Tennis, I like them because I play them in real life, I know the rules, lines, player ability and so forth. I can take profit from betting.

i love the sportbetting but i like spot betting not result of sport betting . i usually predict about the games of cricket when playing and my prediction always goeas smooth . so i like to sportbet in spot prediction .

I used to bet on eSports matches - mainly Dota2 but recently stopped, as I am out of the loop, don't really know what is going on with current teams and who is who.
Also I placed some bets on Rio Olympics games, but I didn't have much luck there.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I think that soccer has some of the best odds for games. For example, even on the overdog, the odds are still pretty high, so if you bet overdog, you can still make a decent profit.

i love both of these games and i also have played in both of these sports games and i liked it.

I heard there are a lot of successful gamblers betting on soccer, but really it is not my game because I do not enjoy playing it. And as a gambler you will feel more happy when you are betting on the game you love, basketball also I have a best record especially in NBA so I just have to stick with it maybe.

I bet on football (if I bet) because I've been playing soccer since I was a child and I love this game. My soccer predictions are somewhat better than my prediction on other sports :P So, that's why :D

My choice will be soccer because it is easy to make prediction about any match and it has pretty good chance to make profit, after basketball is also good sports to give try to it and it also have very good percentage about the match result.

i like betting in soccer sports because of the vast availability of hints and tips aside from a friend of mine who really is into soccer.  You can easily tell who has the advantage because of the stats available to be reviewed.  Aside from that i also like betting in basketball next to soccer, is more likelly easier to predict who  the winner is.

many of us have been playing football ourselves and love following this sport too. so we are familiar with it and that is the only right way to choose a sports to bet on.

i also see others mentioning e-sports and i have to say i have not yet made any bets with bitcoin on e-sports but i definitely made lots of bets in game with items in e-sports.

I like to bet on sport that i watched, i particularly like to bet in badminton because i am a badminton fans, sometimes i also betting in MMA, but still the most interested sport to bet still soccer, it is so fun to watch and betting at the same time, and i can do extra bet while the game is play, so i can do my prediction while watching the match

I am placing bets in different format of sports but main sports are soccer, baseball, cricket, basketball and tennis, these are nice sports for betting with very good average to generate some income by betting on them.

I prefer American Football, Tennis and baseball. probably prefer the fastest betting options like set and 5 inning results and halftime/quarter, Don't like soccer because you have 3 options with draw being a valid result unlike other games where one team has to win most of the time.

I also like sports betting because it has a lot fun and twist. I have very good experience with soccer and my prediction is over 65% with these matches. I think so soccer matches are very easy format to predict about the result for big league matches.

well some people in my country are interested in basketball and tennis , but more than 95% prefer soccer
so that's why I tend to bet a lot on soccer games , I'm not good tho but still a nice way to add a thrill for the matches  :)

tennis is a really good sport to bet on in my opinion, it can make you a lot of profit really easily

I like to bet NCAA football (college American football). Every week you will find various matchups where very strong teams are playing a very weak teams. Because of the way ranking and the championship/bowl games work, there is incentive for teams to run up the score even when the game is in hand. Also, NFL scouts are watching for future prospects which is even more incentive for teams and players to keep playing hard and running up the score/shutting teams out until the final whistle.

So When Alabama Crimson Tide is playing St. Mary's Daughters of Charity and the line is Alabama -21, you know that Alabama will try to win by 42 points or so at the very least.

Badminton is pretty fun to bet on, unfortunately, I find that the betting options are pretty limited for the sport, which is a shame. What site do you use to bet on badminton?

At this point I doubt you will find niche which is not covered in online articles or predictions - you will find info about every sport, team and match online somewhere.
Plus, it is better to bet on higher leagues - because I noticed that there are a lot fixed matches in lower leagues.

I love to bet on soccer games because those are the easiest to bet on because you have so many good teams which you can choose from.
They all have a better chance of winning when they play a team that is not as good and that is why I bet money on them. The odds are then in my favor.

This is true with all sports, lower leagues tend to be less professional and have more potential to be rigged.

That's also one of the reasons why I don't always bet on sports where there's only 1 person playing, (i.e. tennis) as if there's only 1 person, it's very easy to rig a game. Games with 2 or more people on a team still can be rigged, but less likely so.

The sports that I usually bet on are basketball and boxing. Since these are my favorite sports (to watch), I am more confident with my bets knowing that I have some knowledge on how the fight /game might turn out. Yes, choosing a professional sport that it can reduce the risk of fraud in the score. I myself really like to bet on football betting professional league because I think the outcome of the match was very fair in my opinion there is no cheating. I have only placed a bet on sports a total of THREE times! And both were on boxing. Although I would also like to bet on basketball but I always end up backing out at the last minute.

So, Yep, loving the sport will help in placing winning bets. If you're not really into
that particular sport, spending the time and effort to get on top of the teams/statistics/etc would be a bothersome chore.

I prefer e-sports in sports betting and specifically I'm into DotA 2 betting. Because I'm an addict DotA 2 player and since Dota 1 I'm already into that sports betting. And as of now, there are a lot of new meta's that you are able to bet on different team and there is no 'team sure win' because almost all teams are equal.

I love watching box, but I stopped betting on boxing events because of a rumors that some big fights might actually be fixed.
There is opinions floating around that box is not 'clean' sport regarding fairness of bets. Have you heard about it too?

That does not happen in boxing alone dude, actually even NBA games they are fixed, as long as there is a money involved there will be a fixing of games as this is where the crooks wants their interest to be served to keep making themselves rich at the expense of the public.

it is a sport too, it is a sport of the fingers and your mind behind a computer. but in sports betting the important thing is that you love the game yourself as the first step and then you should have information on that game better if you have played it yourself. that is why i chose this!

I like football totals the best for in game betting. Usually if the total is
really high in an NFL conference rivalry game the game tends to start
out sluggish and I can bet the under and sometimes its 3-4 points lower
in just a few minutes into the game. Like the Giants / cowboys game week
1. I took under and 5 minutes into the game was 3 points lower so was able
to lay off some of the bet on the over then 5 minutes later no score so I was
able to work a full 7 point middle. It didn't win if I recall but it had a chance if
one more score and I would of won both bets with no risk.

This can of course go poorly if there is a fast score like a kick off return but usually
in conference games (rivalry) they play safer.

Yes've seen a lot of tournaments Dota2 and I think it's very interesting. Game is an interesting sport strategy and it will drain mind when playing. If I am more interested in CSGO because I love the game ;D

I love soccer the most among other sports and most of the times place betting also on these matches. Why I am betting on my favorite or loving sports reason isn't different than others people. I love to bet on soccer games because you have allot of completions and allot of team that you can choose from, what i then do it put much money in a god team against a bad team.

Me too I'm just betting on DotA 2 games only and as well as NBA games but for other sports betting I'm not putting any time and effort for it. As long as that is related of the esports that I'm playing then I will going to bet for the teams that I know will going to make my bitcoins multiple and the same thing with my favorite NBA teams.

Soccer. Not because of the ML's but because of the predictions you can make based on their stats. On one to one games a lot of things can affect the game of the players, but in a game with more players and a whole set of stats to look into, you can make more accurate predictions.

I heard soccer is also a profitable type of gambling but I am more attracted with basketball as that is my bet. And I love sports betting where I can cap games online. I believe everyone has their own favorite game but when in gambling what is more important is a game that you have a higher chance of winning than you love it, not all our favorites gives us a good chance to win.

I really love Basketball that's why this is the only sports that I bet with using bitcoins or even in real world. I never say that I always wins but the percentage of winning is really high and I think in gambling games this is where I always have the advantage.

   Football is my game, I was in football more then 10 years. Now I'm older and I enjoy in watching more then in playing. I bet on football more then 15 years, and I like to watch games I bet on.

Definitely basketball. IMO, the games are a lot more predictable and safe to bet on compared to many other sports, given the high quantity of points being scored. Whereas in sports like football, hockey etc. a team can get lucky with just a single goal making all the difference.

I would really say that cricket is the best sports out there to wage a bet as you have so many options to chose from than any other sports and if you look at any sports book you will understand that and cricket being a sport played by a very small percent of teams it is really easy to predict the outcome of the match and then there are different formats of the game.

I most likely gamble on football because there's many games can be played and there's different things you can bet on but sometimes i like to have my bets on Bastketball specialy the NBA also some hookey game in the NHL it's nice to mix up some games in one parlay.

Well, that's good, you have a lot of sports you like to play, you will really have fun doing it for sure. I like different sports as well, but now I realize that I have to focus on one sports to be an effective sports handicapper. Playing different sports is good if you are having fun only but if you are after of the profit, doing limited sports betting is advisable.

Horse racing is not a sport mate. I'm having a hard time to predict who will in the soccer that's why I'm not betiting on that sport my favorite is basketball it's much easier than soccer.

most likely I'm gonna choose basketball rather than other sports specially when I have so much confident on the team that are going to play, I feel like I have more chance to win because I know how my team play and what there strategy to overcome the opponent

well everybody have different taste in sports , so of course they will choose the one that they think they have more knowledge and love to bet rather than have to follow other people pick but you don't know nothing .

It all depends on individuals who has got interested in any particular game. For me, cricket is the best game to guess more accurate results because I follow most of the cricket games and I know most of the international teams strengths so I can guess results accurate but not always correct.

Well I think that's just how it goes. Most of us sports fans can pretty much have an idea of how a game would turn out by the information we have on the team and players. Especially if we've been following that certain sport for a long time already. Though we really can't remove the fact that even if a team is a heavy favorite to win a game, upsets can happen.

Soccer is my favorite sport, I also really know about Soccer and betting on Soccer so many options, it's easy to analyze and predict. If the results are beyond prediction, it was just out of luck because anything can happen :D

and i have good experience in foot ball and cricket therefore i am more good when play gambling there. in gambling games one can use their knowledge and experience in sports gambling but still not necessary that for every time you predicting and your experience will work.  because the element of luck is always there.

Tho you are right, I think that football is also great because as you have said that there were only few scores on board and that is exactly the reason why do people love it every attempt is very crucial and very unpredictable because of a large team scale.

Type sports that I most like is soccer and F1. I gambling in soccer is already more than 10 years, it is because of my hobby ia soccer. Almost all the leagues I like, but most of my favorites is Premier league and then Serie-A league, and so forth.

Yes I feel it does gives you a edge, for eg, yesterday I had picked up Australia and England to win both won. It was a decision based on their last looses. For me i do not understand that game soccer its boring game for me that the 2 types of games like boxing and basket ball also esports like doata and leage of legends.. those sports for me are thrill game and more fun to watch that soccer..

We have the same interest and games to bet. I do love also to play and bet with Dota 2 but not with CS;GO I moved already to Call of Duty 4. But with basketball it is always a checked for me and together with boxing. I'm always waiting for a promising boxing fight. I am also cricket lover, and I try to predict your match. In this match, Austrailia is going to win easily. Because they have home crowd support and home pitch support. You said Pakistan already lost the series, so they will play without any pressure. The Austrailia already won the series, so they also play without ant tension. And compare to Pak batting and bowling, the Aus team is strong. So my choice is Aus let's see who will win.

Soccer ,NBA, Tennis and cricket are the sports i am wagging my bet and for the past one year it was the time for underdog to win the match in tennis and soccer and cricket are the other sport which i really like to wage as there are many options to wage a bet.

I bet on NBA and Our local Basketball League because i am a fan of basketball game and when i always bet on my favorite team there is a feeling that you are the one playing in the court because you have stakes on them. Me too, I love basketball and it seems like it is the easiest type of sports for me. Although I believe I have a good chance of winning but it's different when we are talking of gambling even though you know the sports you are betting and you love it. What do you mean by physical sports? Did you mean just sports and you are comparing it to e-sports? If so, then basketball, soccer, football, tennis, etc. are all sports by the way, and you don't need to put there "physical".

Dota2, CS:GO, LoL, etc. are e-sports. They are the ones specially classified since they are the minority and they are just all new things that was considered to be as sports.

I love the Asian Handicap bets. They were created specifically to give a boost to every player to have a chance to win. We all know that a team with odd 1.10 in soccer when playing at home should win the game but we don't know with how much goals difference they will win. So the underdog team which has the odd 10 to win the game if we place a bet of Asian Handicap -3.5 goals the odd goes from 10 to 1.4 because the favorite team needs to win with 4 goals difference in order for our bet to lose. I love betting on football match, especially EPL. I watch the matches every week and know about the team so the chances to win is higher compared to other league. I also love to bet on badminton matches, the only downside is there's not many sportbook who has badminton or they have it, but only a few game.

I like to bet on the basketball especially during semi-finals of the season because i know when semis come, the games are really intense. Well i want bet on soccer, but i don't know the teams and how they play but i tried betting on soccer unfortunately i lost i think it's better to know the teams/player first before betting in any sports

Football is also my favorite game but I do not bet on that I will say I cannot bet because for me it is un-predictable as many time something else happens in that sport. You are right on that, promoters have been a cancer for boxing for a long time, but that is only one of the many things that are wrong with boxing, sometimes there are big scandals too about the way the fights end and the result with judges that do not seem to be able to judge a fight.

Basically we want tension when we start to play betting, and when we have ended then we relive the tension. But we win and take a right decision behalf of our tension.
