correct me if I am wrong, to what I can see we got now:

Zcoin - CPU algo, but 20% "tax" from each block to the dev. 50=40+10, so dev. can dump it..., also we can see strange huge hash power (x100..) belong to some users on the pool (botnets or hidden/optimised gpu/cpu miner) so normal people can not mine it any more - no more coins for normal people, community will be "not happy" and might not stay there for long.

ZCash (online soon) - CPU/GPU algo, and same 20% "tax"....  , gpu farms hash power can be thru on it, so we will get hi diff soon as operators will do all sets,

ZCashShare - only CPU algo, NO 20% "tax", no strange hudge hash power seeing in network for now, dev. can not dump coins given for free.
