Hello there,here on this forum i see many twitter campaigns but all of those want large number of followers to be eligible for that campaign.I am using twitter since long time but till date i dont have even 50 followers i dont know how peoples have 500+ followers.
Can some one tell me how can i get some real twitter followers or can tell about them that how they got so many followers.

Keep following anyone you find on twitter and although a lot of persons there usually don't follow you back, there are a lot others that do follow you. I have done it personally by following all kind of bitcoin users and so far I have 83 followers only from the bitcoin area and in total 200 and a bit more. I rarely use twitter though, I just click follow on anyone who impresses me with their photo. I already said not much of a twitter user but this is your only option to raise for free your followers.

BTW here is some tips for you:

1: Use famous hashtags
     This is one of the best way to get free and real human followers. whenever you use hashtages your tweet will reach to millions of people and obvioulsy you'll get some followers day by day.

2: mention others who have lots of followers. (like: actors, sports persons and other celebs)
      When you mention someone in your tweet. your tweet will reach to all of that person's followers too... this is also a good way to get some free followers..
to mention someone you need to put his name with an @ (like @Ardenyham) but never mention someones name in  irrelevant tweet. tweet must be related to that person.
Example: I love @SelenaGomes songs. etc etc.

3: Retweet other's tweets..
   when You retweet other user's tweets.. lots of them will retweet your's back. with this way you can also get some followers..

4: Promote your twitter your self in other places. like you may see some twitter follower exchanging service in this forum also. you can add your twitter name there. and you can promote it in facebook and other forums too..


these are some ways to get legit and free followers.. although you can use bots to increase your followers faster but those followers will be only numbers and almost useless.

Most of the people who participate in those twitter campaigns on the forum have fake followers, which are creating by farming. There are services out there which can increase your followers, but it can also lead to a ban on your account.

All advices above are good and its really worth to try, and for my case my doings to have many followers are just follow many people as i can since they would surely follow back if they see they are been follow by some certain people and im successfull for that doing since i've got followers for free, unlike those other people who payed or make some littlw giveaways just to be followed. So following others is worth to try and also you can assured that the follower you can get is really a real people and not fake ones.

There is no way to do this without signing up for a site which accepts payments for this. There are also good IM sites out there which would probably do this for you for very cheap, and some of them do not come as bots under Twitteraudit.

I did that without paying anything, My strategy was to follow 25 people everyday, on third day i will unfollow people who doesn't follow me back.

I unfollow because many will not follow you if the difference between followers and following high. but it took e around a year to build to build 2K followers, now i have 2.7k followers. But initially follow back was very few, after i reached 1K followers follow back rate increased. Even nowadays i get at least 4 to 5 unfollow me everyday, but i don't follow 25 peoples nowadays

post good content that's interesting to real people? that seems to be the only sensible option to me. anybody who pays for any type of social media action is gonna receive nothing but empty junk.

If you are thinking to get free twitter followers you will get useless follower.your twitter account will be useless.you need to spend some penny to get useful followers.from twiends.com you get free followers but most of the followers are egg ranked.

I've seen some exchange threads here where people post their twitter profile and  follow back everyone who follows them,it's an easy and free way to get some followers and the most important is that these accounts are Bitcoin/crypto related,maybe you should try it.

Okay, but I agree with this, you're no need for the specific strategy for getting followers, just trying for following the another people every day... and you can see some people respect you and follow back your twitter... i never confused about for getting a follower just following the other people every day and if the people is who i follow him is respect with me and may i got a foll back from him.

If you're interested about pure followers (by this I mean you don't care if they're active, real accounts, interested about you), you can use social media exchanges services like AddMeFast (http://addmefast.com/).

You can even create scripts on your own that make you earn coins, that can be used by purchasing social medias followers.

believe me people who follow you from these sites are just shills. they are not real followers. if some of them are real they never read your tweets. so your tweet engagement will be zero anyway... and possibly you'll get banned from twitter to do spam with their service. because you need to follow others to get followers (as these are exchanges).
I don't suggest you to use these type of tools. 

In service section, people are exchanging twitter following. You may try with them. Another advantage of this exchange must be, you will get many crypto based users. Very rare with any other methods.

I see other members provided good tips, but I want to add one tip: build your account slowly and don't buy followers, because I watched a lot of services here to sell followers for cheap price,maybe those followers are not interested in Crypto currencies, in this case your account will be inactive, the best method to get new followers is to follow who are tweeting about Bitcoin and other Cryptos, you can visit the famous hashtags like #Crypto or #Cryptocurrency, or #altcoin, then you can follow all involved accounts.

If you follow people there, probably they will follow you back. Try to find Crypto-Currency related accounts there to follow. People that use BTCs and another coins like to follow people with the same interests to see new faucets, exchanges and any other sites related to Crypto-Currencies. It's easy to get followers there this way.

This is the best way to go really as I have also been there too if you use an android phone then its better as it saves you the time of clicking. I had the same issue so I started following and kept on following some were following back while some others held to their guns... Another way is to change your username to be related to crypto as this will encourage users to follow you by default. This I have equally discovered just waiting to have enough followers and just unfollow those who are too proud to follow back... in a space of one month I have 100% users rate of 380 followers...

Try to follow those guy's who had already lots of followers, They going to follow you back off course don't use any twitter auto followers it will destroy your twitter audit and you can't join any of twitter campaign all you need to do is first make sure that your twitter are crpto related so you can able to make some followers who are using crypto currency too good luck.

You can buy followers, but quality always is very bad and in this way you can destroy your Twitter account.

The easiest way is to follow other Twitter accounts. If your account is cryptorelated, you have to find another cryptorelated account with good quality followers, and follow them. Then just wait until they answer and will follow you :)

I read this thread and so far Ardenyham gave us the best tips. I agree with him completely.

Some of my tips:

1. Remember that social media positioning (this is what you will be doing) is not exactly free - you will have to waste a lot of time on this.
If you don't have time or patience for this, then you may already give up.

2. Create solid account, with good detailed profile, picture, don't use some random picture as you profile photo.

3. Actually compose interesting, serious, funny or informative tweets - depends on what is you niche. If 90% of your tweets will be promo offers or affiliate links you won't get any followers.

4. Post interesting links, pictures, videos.

5. Tweet as much as you can, but don't spam with zero content tweets. Take into account your time zone (or time zone you are aiming for). Don't post tweets when people are asleep.

6. USE HASHTAGS! I mean it, a lot.

7. Follow everyone who follows you. You have to remember about this - especially when you are starting.

8. Share your twitter with everyone, in your signature on bitcointalk, have it as your messenger status etc.

Actually i also had the same problem and question about how do normal people like us get so many followers as i also dont have many followers in my twitter,so really nice to read all these suggestions from different users and following them i hope i also get some followers in twitter. ;D

well , i am using Twitter since last two year  and i have about 970+ follower . the reason behind this is that i always posts something new and retweet the famous tweet

I guess it's easy raising twitter followers on this forum for the sake of twitter campaigns.

But of what use is it if most of the followers are themselves signature campaign members?

Just follow some people everyday cause some people really do follow back and just unfollow the ones that don't follow you the next day.
Using some famous hastags and retweeting will be useful too.

If  your only goal is to participate in twitter campaign (and your account is not big and known Alfred) then likeness of your social expansion is very slim.
You need to generate interesting content, but with promotional tweets you are not doing that. For other twitter campaigners that might not be a problem but for general crowd it is.

Also, I clearly explained in my original post that this service does not give you high quality followers, they're mostly fake/bots accounts. But sometimes you won't care about quality.

Well i don't think so, because members of signature campaign will be limited and it is immposible for all of follower Twitter to joint on one signature campaign.

Other people open a give away if they want to have more followers and 1 will win in that give away but need to follow first to be eligible to that give away that a sample how to have easy followers , or you can follow other people and wait if they will follow you back.

Yes I used to multiply my followers using the application, and I managed to collect about 3000 followers. Last but I use the application could not be used anymore, whether it can still be used? ??? To be able to follow the twitter campaign we should have about 500 followers to join a campaign twiter.

It is just simple if you want to make a twitter for crypto related friends. Just create and keep on following bitcoin accounts, and for sure they are going to follow you back up immediately. Well it's a matter of give and take, simply make a follow with them and surely they will also follow you back. Today we actually don't have to get free follower, we just have to give also good for them so that they will also be giving that for us. It's was just a good response on what we give to others that's why we gain the same followers.

For getting good flowers you need to retweet their corresponding hashtags. Other methods you have to follow is if you follow others and others will follow you. The Twitter follower will increase only if you are actively participating in tweets and retweets.

This is the best option to get "real" followers. There really isn't any platform where you can get a nice good amount of active follower so you have to do it manually by interacting with other people.

My twitter account @news_btc (https://twitter.com/news_btc) automatically retweets bitcoin/blockchain related news, and I went from 200 followers obtained through manual follow for follow to over 1000 followers, all automatically. It took a few months, but I almost never use twitter any way so I didn't mind. All I had to do was set it and forget.

I don't interact with people - only my bot does, and only in the form of retweets.

yes, and the quality you get is shit... no real person is interested in spammy bots.

The best way are to be more active and follow them and for sure they will follow you back just like what I did try also to tweet crypto related to attract more followers

All I did is to retweet crypto related topics and follow crypto related accounts including those accounts like @coindesk, @blockchain, and those big companies or website that is bitcoin related, and mostly if I followed some accounts I let it for 1-2 weeks if that account is not following me back then I stopped following him/her.

Heres my trip.. You would end up having more followers than you follow:

#1 First always use the hashtags: #bitcoin, #btc, #altcoins
#2 Always post on your niche, if your topic is crypto currency, then as much as possible, always post in your niche.
#3 Go to twitter campaigns threads, check the spreadsheet. Then follow a dozen of them everyday. Give them 1 week to follow back. If they dont receiprocate, unfollow them.
#4 Go back to #1  :P

You can google free twitter followers and you will get like 200-300 new followers in return you account follows random people as well and the sites will spam your account with advertising tweets will not recommend it unless you really don't care or you can farm it by yourself follow people and hope them to follow you back this way you can get content related followers.

Just be active, follow everyone on the list and wait to be followed by them. 

There are many chrome plugins for real Twitter followers.You just go to chrome plugins and search for twitter followers.
The problem with these are not all your followers may be crypto related.

Looks like manual process to build up twitter followers and its seem like necessary while you're only looking out niche base (Crypto Related) flowers against to your account. It's taken quite a long duration go up a big community, but you need to do. At least better than others using both or fake systems.

I remember a guy back then when I still regularly check the Digital Goods section. He had around 12k followers on twitter but no one wants to buy his account because when you do a twitteraudit of his account, there's just about 2k+ real followers. He probably used many websites similar to what you and others here are suggesting. If you already have around 100 followers, I suggest that you just keep on following other people and hope that they follow back. Using any website that gives you automatic followers will just ruin your account.

I have 6K followers on Twitter and I am also following 6K people because I do follow for follow. I follow back all the people that follow me and unfollow those who don't.

Yes I totally agree with you as I said only do it if you don't care about the account to get quality followers just follow people and hope they follow you back and maybe some catchy tweets occasionally content related.
