You're far too kind with your feedback--it should probably have been negative for this volume of bullshit that we've seen here.  My guess is that OP is trying to scam.  New account, insane interest rate, no collateral.  If you don't see the city bus coming, you're going to end up with your head squashed like a pumpkin.  Don't deal with these scammers.

Who mention you to pay-back $100 dollars? , they meant 100% interests from your 2 dollars so you pay back $4 . It's incredibly Insane offer in the loan history , better to make a loan to your friends or bank and you can make the promise like you said to them.

When people are so desperate for money in my area, they usually go dumpster diving for returnable cans and bottles.  It wouldn't take you long to find $2 worth and it's probably a lot easier than begging for a collateral-free loan in here.
