The fact that you didn't take legal actions against them already makes me think that you didn't lose that much amount in the first place, I doubt they would scam anyone , even those who have big amounts anyway.
CoinPayments owners are known (see here https://bnktothefuture.com/pitches/2198/_coinpayments-the-largest-payment-processor-of-over-55-cryptocurrencies.html )  and scamming won't be the best for them so don't just accuse them with no proof, try to send to support once again and they do have a thread on Bitcointalk so you could try posting there you may get some support (even though the OP is kinda inactive) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276455.0

coinpayments is a good site so you should only give them some time and they should give you access to your account
there are many big sites that use coinpayments and trust it with the funds and transactions
so you should be fine , just give it some time

They keep my 176 bitcoin and send reply that In order to unfreeze your account you would need to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction.
But we can't apply court of competent jurisdiction for other country business if they not registered with my country .
Cheap excuse and keep my money. They are biggest scammer in the world.

Coinpayments is legal site and many trusted companies use their services for the Bitcoin and altcoin payments. But they have their rules and terms and may be you tried to unfollow this rules, that's why they freeze your coins there

I stored LSK in coinpayments & recently I noticed the coin LSK has been removed their supported coin list
When I inquire about the coins I stored there , they never reply

If they announced that they will no longer support it a few days/weeks before removing it then It could make sense because this is usually the procedure in all sites, when there are plans to remove some coins, they tell users but If they keep them, they will be lost.

They did not announce like that. So you mean the LSK coins gone forever. What a cheap company

Not any one's fault but you and every one using third party services as their safety deposit, I think people are still in the mood of banking.

Obviously as we can see many still want something similar to banks otherwise they would have never trusted their coins with an online site.

You either control your funds by installing desktop wallets or risk losing them at any given moment, I don't care how legit a company might seem

The fact is human nature, people can be tempted at any given time and run with your coins even if you have your private keys.

If you were holding millions of dollars or hundreds of thousands in your server with the ability to cash them out at will, what would you do?

And now even if OP was really scammed he can't provide any proof can he? because he doesn't have anything to show.

CoinPayments is a legit site.

They didn't steal your satoshi's and have a real business to run. If you are having problems (forgot your password or username) check your spam folder as the reset link is probably being caught there. Second, contact their support team who have dealt with all my issues within a day or so.

CoinPayments is one of the good ones. It sucks that you have to go on here to vent.
