As much as Bitcoin user is mostly tech-savvy but some of us do not know how to use 'telegram.me' service. I am one of them to be honest. Would be good if you can tell us how can we 'connect' to Bitcoin.org Telegram.me service. I tried clicking on the links you have posted but my Firefox display error.

Most of people atleast use twitter rather than telegram and i find their twitter channel https://twitter.com/BTCTN enough to get latest update and news. However i may check this feature also later on to see how it works.

I've never used Telegram, so don't know if it has any special features that make it better for receiving news.
