Title: Tails and Electrum Bitcoin Wallet Post by: Kakmakr on October 04, 2016, 05:43:53 AM I see the latest Tails 2.6 - 20160920 has the Electrum Bitcoin Wallet built into the Operating System. The download was verified, so it's not compromised in any way. Is this old news or are you using this wallet with Tails?
I would hope other Operating systems would also partner up with wallet providers to offer this option as a standard and not as a additional feature. This will help with mainstream adoption and increase general Bitcoin use. Has anyone used this feature and would you trust a third party, if they included these wallets into your OS? |
