There are lot of GPT android apps which pay in bitcoin for completing simple sign ups /downloads/ surveys. If you are concern about bitcoin payments you can find such opportunities in micro earning (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=212.0) section.I am not sure why you are particularly looking for unlocking content type of system with bitcoin payments. If not, there are a lot of free scripts and snippets of content lockers with various payment options integrated. I have not seen one with Bitcoin, but it is not much work to implement a payment option with Bitcoin.
