Today, we bring to you, the first ever cell-backed asset platform ICO. We have first revealed our concept ahead of time, and are deeply embedded in Non-Disclosure Agreements with companies who are giants in the field and where things like compliance is important, not only at their workplace but with local authority.

E-PoS:

E-PoS stands for Equal-Proof of Stake, and essentially this new system is completely unique in nature as it integrates into the real world by interfacing with these CELLs. These CELLs are charged within approximately 88 seconds and can discharge for 1hr at an optimal rate that contributes enough en-masse to alleviate stress on the energy grid at key moments, thus allowing you to benefit something similar to D-PoS. That, however, requires a lottery system which is rigged by something known at network weight, which means that the less you have the less likely you are to get picked. With E-PoS our unique algorithm will cycle equally through all of the “stake-able” CELLs and utilize them so that you can receive your return. The true beauty in our proprietary E-PoS system, is that we are a Centralized Facility, in which only trained technicians are allowed to work on site and where they are permitted to create a real life tiered level of separation between roles. No one other than you will be able to take any “network” advantage over your hardware, as everything at it’s core is moderated and compliant, and is ensured to safely recorded on the Ethereum Blockchain Ledger.

Compatibility with Ethereum means that Ethereum-based services can easily be ported to GCELL for additional functionality and convenience. As a result, GCELL is positioned strongly for an entry into the world of blockchains and is creating a unique algorithm (E-PoS) to firmly create a foundation that can be built upon.

Our ICO...10 Days to 10 Million Dollars:

For a duration of 10 days we will have a dynamically adjusting scale of bonus percent that starts from day one and goes until day 10 of the ICO. The ICO is capped at 10M USD. If this amount is not reached, all participants will be refunded. Reaching our goal, we will unfortunately have to close the ICO to further participants (as 1 token represents 1 gCELL which in turn is backed by a physical battery cell and only a finite amount for the initial round of public offering is available).

The only reason the domain is new, is we wanted to have a ready to go product before coming to market unlike many other competitors.

Hmm... too much of a Scam pattern here. Most probably a scam attempt without any real tech behind. NDA is a good excuse - very convenient to claim your genius ideas are so precious noone can see them :).

Too ambitious claims without any single proof. Looks like kiddies behind the project. They can make videos and bring together a website, that's the only thing we know they can do.

ICO structure is extremely suspicious - like someone wants us to invest as soon as possible, before we undestand what is going on. They are trying to create a rush, thats a bad sign. I believe serious company would announce things beforehand, then finish whitepaper, then provide some proof, and only after that will start ICO. Scam pattern here again...  :-\
