Title: Any good Bitcoin games around?
Post by: Abiky on October 05, 2016, 12:57:52 PM
I'm looking for fun games where you can earn Bitcoin or use it within the game. Can you recommend me a list of BTC games that are fun and addicting? Just want to know the list of BTC games that are available as I'm going to use them as an introductory point to teach and attract new people towards Bitcoin at my place.  :)

There are many android games who pay you in Bitcoin but I cannot recommend any since the last time I tried them was many months ago.If you are interested in arcade browser games you should try gamefaucet.com,it's a great site where you can earn by playing five different games and if want to receive higher bonuses you can upgrade your account up to level 40.

Have you tried, http://dragons.tl/ ? < Just double check if that is the official link, I have not played it in a while, so I am not sure > I am

also looking for that Bubble game, where you chase other people's bubbles and then you absorb them. That games was very addictive.

The other game, that was very nice.. was the one with the Battleships. {You play against the computer and other players}  ;D

Looks addicting! It is a lot more similar to Bomberman, and being a multiplayer game too makes it a lot more fun.

Maybe you can try play game from bitplay (http://bitplay.today), I often play it, but because his system has been changed make me can't play it again.

Great! Thanks for sharing this with me mate. I will take a look into it further.

Android games are very fun and addicting. The gamefaucet.com site looks like a great site to attract newbies into Bitcoin as I'm not looking into games for profit but for fun instead. I'll save all these in a list to use it for education purposes.  :D

Well in my opinion, if for introductory purposes I think that won't work for those newbies since the reward is low. Yes it's fun and addicting but the main concern is to earn bitcoin. If they will earn some satoshis and you state them that they need 100m of it, I think they will become lazy to play in that game. But anyways you said that you are eyeing for fun instead of profit and also for educational purposes. :)

For fun and good for past time purposes, I personally pick those games under bitplay (the one mentioned above). I personally played their coin flapper game (the name was changed now to cash flapper I think) and the game with the frog. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=835437.0

But unfortunately I didn't have an update now about the site if they are still paying so Im not really sure about this. But it's really fun and addicting. Good for time killing.

True. Í used to play Coin Flipper for quite some time and was very addicted to it, even though I didn't earn good amounts of Bitcoin. Still, I think that many would find these games interesting, but if they are looking into making profit with them then it may not attract them whatsoever. Nevertheless, it can be seen as a great way to introduce Bitcoin into others who never heard of the cryptocurrency.

As for PC games, the only one I've seen is The Bitles but I'm sure that there are many more than meets the eye.  ;D

Nice list, thanks for posting this, I will try this games from first to last one. I also wish to find some interesting game to play, it's good sometimes, and winter is coming I will spend more time inside.

There aren't really many fun Bitcoin games out there I guess, especially not ones which allow for you to earn Bitcoin while playing them. Most of them pay similar to faucets, and even then they get boring and become less interesting quickly.

The only Bitcoin game I've played was SatoshiFarm or whatever it was, and that was meh and I kind of gave up on finding any good games after that.

if you like casino games 5 dimes has a ton of different games and slots.
I know bovada also has a bitcoin 100% bonus going right now also which has
many casino games. Note that they will convert your btc to fiat currency but
you can cash out in bitcoin and they convert it back.

Gambit.com used to accept Bitcoins and let users play versus each other for their BTC deposits. They have a good list of games over there including backgammon, yatzy, dominoes and even bitnopoly. Too bad they stopped accepting Bitcoins and remained a play money site. But according to their chat box you can exchange your play money with BTC. I tried asking how they do it but they do not answer. Maybe they are keeping it secret. If anyone finds out please do not hesitate to pm me.

Way back 2015 I think, I downloaded a game which you have a chance to earn bitcoin and that was a bitcoin floppy in the android games. By that time I earned in that game daily 0.001 satoshi it was fun in my part during that time. I just don't know if there is still a bitcoin floppy in the android now. Try to check it in the play store.

Well that sounds interesting actually, I will try that gambit.com, It is not a habit actually for me to play such any game in the different site. But for the sake of bitcoin just to gain it  I'll do it.

There are few games but those are faucet based games and some usual casino dice and slots game in faucetgame.com, you can try these games without depositing and also you can win free satoshi. And in google app store also you may find few apps with game that promise to pay bitcoin but most of those apps stop to pay after sometime.

Other than this there are lots of casino where you can deposit bitcoin and start to play and have lots of unique real casino type games.

Go through all of these posts, and you will not find one game, developed purely for Bitcoin. This is surely a gap in the market for all the developers out there, that needs a new project. They can pull in graphic designers and a lot of other people involved in this scene and create job opportunities for many people.

This was my favorite Bitcoin mining game : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQKTN08_RIE

Satoshimines is the most interesting btc game in my opinion.

It`s gambling, but you can play without btc to practice.

My kids had hours of fun in the game, and I paid them in fiat for all the bitcoins they mined. < Yea, yea, I know cheap Child labor > At least they enjoyed it. ^smile^

We need more games like this. Most of the games seem to be geared towards mobile devices now. ^sad^

I have tried a few games and apps that are bitcoin-related, but none of them really amounted to anything. These games can be a bit fun but sooner or later you are going to get bored, especially if the rewards aren't that enticing. Maybe if there's an app developer who can make a new game that offers better reward, more people will be inclined to try it.

You can find a lot of games on the Micro Earning section, like games with pokemon theme, games like travian, some game close to the old mafiawars, and I saw yesterday a 2048 bitcoin game, fun a lot.

Hope you can bring more people to the coin!

Great! Thanks for sharing this with me mate. In my opinion, I think that it is one of the first games to be able to run from within the Bitcoin blockchain. Also, I think that once ETH improves smart contract security, we could see more games running on the blockchain (this case the ETH blockchain) and thus enabling automated in game payments, purchases, and many more.  :D

The one in your signature is pretty good in my opinion. ;)

Yeah. It is one of the best games out there if you prefer to gamble with your coins. Even if you don't have any coins to spend into gambling, you can always choose Play Money in there and play only for fun.  ;D

I've never thought that they would make this kind of change. Maybe, it is because Google Play Store's policy? (in Android devices). Bitcoin is much more handy for payments than dollars, but still it would be a good game to check out. Thanks for the link mate.  ;)

The only fun games related with bitcoin maybe are the gambling sites.  Sorry to bring this up but I cannot think of any games which pays bitcoin as a reward.  There are paying apps which gives you bitcoin in return after you have completed certain points.  But it was not fun since you would do a lot of installing and uninstalling.

Also, I have found www.Gorillabitbattle.com (http://www.Gorillabitbattle.com) which is a very fun and addicting game too.  ::) I used to play it, but nowadays I go into the link but the site seems to be down.  :(

Do not confuse Bitcoin faucets and gambling sites, with games that are using Bitcoin as a in-game currency. If you know the difference, you will see that these games are non-existent at the moment. The gaming community seem to think it is a good idea to create their own shitcoins, and then to sell that to their users. They create it out of thin air, and people pay through their ass for it, and then they can only buy digital goods within that game with it.

If they used Bitcoin, they would have had a much bigger network of users to tap from, and these users would have used a trusted coin which is accepted everywhere. ^smile^

One of the best Bitcoin games I have ever played: http://battlecoin.org, shame it isn't as busy as it used to be!!

Android games are very fun and addicting. The gamefaucet.com site looks like a great site to attract newbies into Bitcoin as I'm not looking into games for profit but for fun instead. I'll save all these in a list to use it for education purposes.  :D
There are so many games you can play and also games that you can play for bitcoins becuase lots of people playing that games just to earn the
bitcoin becuase they dont want to pay for it,

Try some dice games like Bitsler. You can bet on the roll using faucets. Yet, if you want to bet higher, you can deposit your btc from your wallet to make a higher bet. It is preety profitable.

I can't find a good bitcoin games nowadays, most of the game developer is focusing on how they earn traffic and earn from advertisement, and most of the player is not enjoying the game they just look for ways to earn more money, but if you want to try you can find in micro earning section

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1586784.0 (I played pokebit for a while it is quite good but a bit boring)

I used to play a lot of bitcoin game but i don't play anymore because the reward is small and contain a lot of ads

There was some game similar to Dawn of War: Fire Age or whatever that was called that exists, I think it's called golden towns or something along those lines, I can't remember. I started out and visited the site once or twice, and it does tie in with Bitcoin through what appears to be a premium currency system, but it doesn't really do much beyond there.

Thanks for sharing the link to the game. I actually find it very addicting to play, as I'm a fan of doublers and dice games too. Also, I have found some Ethereum doublers, although they are not Bitcoin games, but many people are saying that it truly doubles your ETH. The good thing about it is that it relies on smart contract, which limits the owner to have access to your deposited funds.

If you find any more games for Bitcoin, don't hesitate to share it with us!  ;)

Actually, it is called Golden Towns and it is very similar to games like Age of Empires where you build your "empire" and earn BTC. It is a very cool game to check into, but the only thing is that earnings in BTC would be somewhat compared to a faucet, still a great way to have fun.

Among the list of fun and addictive games there is: Coin Hopper, The Bitles, and Pokebit in my own opinion. I'm looking forward for more new and exciting BTC games to attract newcomers into this exciting cryptocurrency.  :)

I don't know if it is a good idea to write this here, or if it is better to open a new thread.

If you play goldentowns, It have changed recently, now It is harder to earn something. My previous strategy was based on selling goods instead of having a gold mine. Now you cannot sell goods for gold, so you must "convert" them with a gold mine.

With the new rules cities don't earn goods or gold, so you get a bit more when you get the goods.

I will try to play with the new rules, but I prefer the old ones. The game owners could put some banners to earn money.

I think gambling is the most effective way to attract people. AFAIK, the most popular form of gambling is sports betting, I am pretty sure if most of men love sports and they love to gamble in sports as well. The problem with other sports book is they have a big limit of deposits and very complicated that's why some who wants to try are discourage in opening. Further, there are also people who love to gamble but have no idea with online gambling, bitcoin is a good attraction for them if you can explain it well.

Most of the faucets give a good earning based upon the time spend on it. When games similar to clash of clans were given some bitcoin compliments it will popularize bitcoin more through the gaming sector.

It's true that the free bitcoin distribution in both faucets and games which give bitcoin for free are almost the same but the process of how you earning the bitcoin is pretty different, therefore you can't say that it's similar to "playing games". The purpose of playing games is getting entertained and if you can make an additional earning then it would be a plus or additional point, the opposite when you're claiming faucets in order to obtain the reward, your main purpose is to earn bitcoin as much as you can without getting entertained but getting bored because of those crappy captchas.

Some have casino games, dice games and lottery in their site.

There are many bitcoin games online. If you search for google then you will find many entries pertaining to that matter. But for me I recommend bitcoin dice game casinos, it will give you the thrill and excitement that other games cannot give. But of course just play for fun and not for addiction, do not place huge amount of bitcoins but small amount will do. You can even use the faucet in the games to play.  Goodluck to your search for the best bitcoin game online.

I can recommend you https://gamefaucet.com/ . There is 6-7 different type of games at this website which gives you satoshis as a reward. when your income is 50.000 satoshi it is possible to withdraw. You can play them 4-5 times a day and each round you can earn 3000-4000 or more depending on your level. One round takes nearly 45 min (all games total). There are hard and easy games but some of them are very boring.

It's about growing a champion in attack and defense and make some battles in arena, to claim some points, also there is items to buy (market). then, on midnight the points changed to satoushis, and your arena points restored. Anyways I love so mush this game.

While faucet earnings are too less than a regular income at the workplace, it is a great way to introduce newbies into Bitcoin. Especially now, as faucet earnings would be worth much more in USD, as Bitcoin's price has skyrocketed. It is a great way to earn quite decent income from faucets if you manage to hold those satoshis for the long term as the price of a Bitcoin increases over time.

Nevertheless, even though most faucets and games don't pay that much in BTC, it is a great way of having fun while at the same time earn a few pennies while you're at it. Just my thoughts.  ;D

Yes, that is very good for newbies to be introduced in Bitcoin world. But, even experts can have profit using them. If you use all of them and upgrade your level in game to the maximum allowed you can earn an extra income at same rates as a twitter campaign or something like this (between 50.000-100.000 satoshis daily).

Good too if you have children which can play for you. Let them playing and having fun and you will have money.

Yeah. Children would certainly have lots of fun playing Bitcoin games while at the same time earning a few pennies along the way. They could save up all those earned satoshis during their childhood, to save them up for the future. By the time, they look up into their satoshi holdings, they would have made quite a good amount of money if Bitcoin's price continues to increase.

As for faucets, you can sort of profit from them if you use bots that would help you automate your faucet claims without having to spend hours in front of your PC to claim your reward.  ;D

Great. Thanks for the tip. I'll have a look on this new and exciting, as I used to become addicted to arkanoid back in my childhood days. It is quite interesting to see many games being developed that would attract new people into Bitcoin, encouraging them to explore more about the cryptocurrency.

Nevertheless, if you guys have more games that you would like to share, don't hesitate to do so. Even though you won't be earning a good amount of money from them, they're still a good way to spend hours of fun and earn some spare satoshi.  :)

Satoshigalaxy is by far the best one Ive played. Its quite complicated game and many people treat it as a full blown game not withdrawing any satoshi from it. They have a fun reinvesting the satoshis in it.

Ive made a tutorial for it so you wont get lost in it. Just search under the game forum newbie section or on the facebook satoshigalaxy account.

Great! Thanks for the information. I have checked out your tutorial, which is very detailed and explains thoroughly how to play this game. Since you can reinvest satoshis in it, it might be a great way to earn passive income while at the same time having fun playing the game. So far, it is one of those games which I find very interesting, and has been added to my favorite list of Bitcoin games.

Nevertheless, I think that I will setup a site specifically for Bitcoin games, where newbies can find the vast majority of them that are available across all platforms with a single click. It will help promote Bitcoin, as well as increase its awareness.  :)

Well, there have been many games for Ethereum around lately such as VDice, EtherDice, and others. Since Ethereum provides the flexibility of smart contracts, any self autonomous game could become a reality living within the blockchain unlike Bitcoin.

However, Bitcoin has a wider audience and value than Ethereum, so games that pay with it may gain more traction as everyone would love to earn one of the most valuable cryptocurrencies in existence.

Things aside, I have tried many Bitcoin games and while they're extremely fun, they pay a very minimal amount of coins which are less than a penny for hours of play. I'm pretty sure that if a Bitcoin game would provide big rewards, anyone would join it, helping the pioneer cryptocurrency become even closer towards mainstream adoption.

Nevertheless, I'm always on the lookout for new Bitcoin games as they're not only fun, but also serve as a great educational tool for those who are new into Bitcoin. Just my thoughts. ;D

I used to like the Goldsmugglers game..Goldsmugglers this is a new way to generate free bitcoin from playing games. This game is spelled out recently in October and is not fully full release so it is still beta stage. But to produce bitcoin now it can be done.
Goldsmugglers game is very unique because it requires a strategy that can produce a lot of bitcoin in a day. Why is that ?
Because to look for bitcoin we need a lot of energy, more and more bitcoin energy is generated. But for now this hame is not paying .. so I suggest not to play this game

I would be very cautious picking these kinds of games to present bitcoin to a larger audience. Especially the games that pay out bitcoin. The most of them are heavily ad-revenue based and if you're not careful people might think bitcoin is one big commercial scam. Just keep that in mind.

check these bitcoin games

mBit Casino - 1 BTC Match Free

CoinRoyale - 150% Bonus

BitCasino

Bitcoin Blackjack

These are great Bitcoin games, that will keep you betting for hours if you're addicted to gambling like me. Also, the one from my signature is a lot of fun, and I can choose other cryptocurrencies to gamble with like Ethereum and Dogecoin.

Still though, I'm looking more into Bitcoin games that pay you to play, instead of gambling games where you have to put your funds at risk.

I'm sure that there are many fun Bitcoin games out there, that will attract the likes of many crypto enthusiasts like me, as well as people who are new to it. Just my opinion :)

Just want to know the list of BTC games that are available as I'm going to use them as an introductory point to teach and attract new people towards Bitcoin at my place.  :)

Any game that gives Bitcoin is it not a faucet, cause I used to play one called alien run, its fun and addictive too.

Does anyone know of something like that ? I already know there are browser games but I proper game with a Bitcoin mod.intergrstions would be even better. I don't own Minecraft so I never got to tryout bitquest. Maybe someone else here has ?

While I haven't tried this on Minecraft yet, (since this is new to me) it looks like a fun way to earn some Bitcoin. Imagine being able to complete certain missions such as killing "x" amount of creepers, and getting paid in return.

If it works as intended, then it could become extremely popular as anyone would want to play Minecraft, to get a grasp at some free Bitcoins while they're at it. It'll be hours of fun, and while you may not make a living out of it, the small Bitcoin rewards serve as a great way to encourage newbies to get started with the pioneer cryptocurrency.

Things aside, now that you've mentioned browser games, it reminded me of a Bitcoin game which is very similar to Bomberman game, but I've forgot its name. It was fun and addicting, as you would experience the good stuff from Bomberman, while at the same time getting paid in Bitcoins if you win the battle. The game is more like a gambling one since players place their bets, and the one who wins the battle, gets all the coins.

Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to add more great games that pay in Bitcoin into my list. Even if they're not highly rewarding, they're extremely fun and addicting for hours of play! Just my opinion :)

Like what type of game are you want, and what type do you need I would like to give you some information, first of all try to write a post completely that there is nothing missing because if there is something missing then I cannot even reply you. Like that no one will give you reply so yes if it is about information then try to google it because it would be more helpful.

That is right many games now are suported with bitcoin just like buying steam credits using bitcoin so now it is easy to access so I would like to suggest that go just in the steam because you can buy steam using bitcoin. Dota 2 is pretty popular but I prefer the FPS games. So hope you will find your game.

bitcoin is using a lot of sites and I think playing games through bitcoin form must be a good thing according to me the fun related to the bitcoin is gambling and there are a lot of gambling sites available I never thought that bitcoin can make that much change in the bitcoin form and the price of the bitcoin increases with time it won’t make difference to the price of the bitcoin.

I don't know any games as of now because it won't be worth as faucets have also reduced the rewards significantly but last year when xapo was newly introduced they had few apps one was coinfinder it was basically you would get a chance every hour and you need to select a box and get bitcoins the other game was however really profitable it bitbird or something the game was same like flappy bird instead you would get paid for playing flappy bird , i made 0.02 btc and the payment was also sent instantly but soon it shut down.

Yes there are many games but some of famous games are still not allowing bitcoin which is confusing I hopefully I should get more information about it because it would be helpful for me like 8balll and clash of clan is still not supporting bitcoin. So i hopefully that some of famous games also accept bitcoin in steading using PayPal etc. Because by bitcoin we can buy everywhere there assets.

Yeah. It is a good thing that there is a wide array of games for Bitcoin, as it encourages people to make better use of it. Gambling games have gained momentum with Bitcoin, as they allow anyone to play them without any other special requirements (unlike traditional online casinos with fiat).

The benefits and flexibility that Bitcoin provides, makes it easy and attractive to implement into a game that anyone would want to play to earn some money, or even use the cryptocurrency for in-game purchases.

Nevertheless, I hope that the list of games for Bitcoin continues to expand along with its price, to make it an extremely popular cryptocurrency that anyone would love to use in the mainstream world. I'm eager to see a snake game that would pay you satoshis by playing it. Just sharing my thoughts ;D

You should try here -- http://www.satoshiquiz.com/

In faucet mode, you can win up to 300 satoshi every minute by correctly answering various trivia questions. In solo challenge mode, you can instantly win 10,000 satoshis by answering 10 out of 10 questions about your chosen topic. In the roulette mode, you get a chance to multiply your earnings by betting any amount from 100 to 1000 satoshis. It is really cool and challenging, I definitely recommend it if you want to have some fun. Try and put your knowledge into test while earning some bitcoins.  ;D

You've got a lot of references, whether the target person you're going to introduce with bitcoin is the kids, because if it is, it's a very good idea to introduce kids about bitcoin, starting with what they love about games. But if your target is for adults, I think they'll calculate what games they get with the time they spend on it, so it's not a good idea to introduce them to adults through games.

Haha, thats a bit ironic with your signature being Cyrptogames, but I am guessing you don't want to introduce people to the gambling part of bitcoin just yet. If you are thinking of introducing people to bitcoin, I would recommend taking a look around the forum and digging up some posts that relate to the topic. There was once a good bitcoin game - Coinbrawl.com. It doesnt work anymore. Actually the server works, but the game is so broken that you wont get any satoshi by playing it. You can see a good design, and the game was quite a fun to play. Sadly its just a shadow of a game now.

For me the best game there is right now, that you can earn a little satoshi is http://www.satoshigalaxy.com/?r=przemax. Its awesome addictive game that you can enjoy. Its quite complicated to master, but its a mix of a runescape and some old abandonware trade game with a mix of master of orion.

There is one game that have some troubles as well, but lets hope the owner will not quit the project. The game is bitfootball.net

I don't know of any other good game, and I do not have much time to check it out.

I think Bitcoin accepting games are not worth playing them. because the amount to make the profit from those games is insanely low and they are made so you play them for a long time and they are good to have fun.but there is some Bitcoin casino based games which are worth playing. such as dragon.tl. 8bitmmo, net etc, and back some time there was even a Bitcoin server in Minecraft called bit vegas

Technically, any game on steam accepts Bitcoin. You just use your steam wallet to buy anything, to load up the wallet, you can use Bitcoin.

Most of these gimmicky Bitcoin games that reward you for playing are just that. They're gimmicks. You don't earn anything. They're glorified faucets.

Well, the one under my signature is fun and great to play for hours, but I'm looking more into other games which don't involve gambling to easily introduce people into Bitcoin, especially kids. Since cryptocurrencies provide no barriers for entry, anyone can join in and start earning money no matter their age.

Kids would become more inclined into Bitcoin, as they find the games fun and attractive to play, while at the same time getting paid in return.

In the case of adults, then it would be ideal to introduce them to the forums so that they could start earning Bitcoin from it.

Thanks for the advice, mate. While rewards paid in games are extremely small, they could be quite attractive for newbies, especially children which love to play games for fun. It's a good thing to introduce kids into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as they will help spread the word about them even further, and lead them to mainstream use.

One of the best things Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have, is that there is no minimum age required to use it, so any child can easily join in and start earning some spare cash to hold onto for the future.

Nevertheless, I hope that games would serve as the main point of attraction, for anyone to get started with Bitcoin, and help it scale to a large user base. Just my thoughts ;D

Thanks for sharing the game, mate. It looks very promising. Also, it is one of the first games of its kind which runs on smart contracts, making it a fully decentralized game that runs on its own.

Of course, there are other smart contract games, but those fit into the gambling category, where this aforementioned game is different from them. I think that this one may become very popular, thus helping the adoption of cryptocurrencies grow at a fast pace.

Nevertheless, I've added this game to my favorites and would love to see more for Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. :)

Well, not all Bitcoin games available for mobile devices, work at all. You would need to look for other ways to play Bitcoin games such as looking for those which can be accessed via a web browser.

There are many fun and addicting Bitcoin games available on the web which you can try such as BattleCoin and CoinBrawl. BattleCoin is very similar to Bomberman game, but with a twist, where you compete with other players, to win free Bitcoins.

CoinBrawl is another good game which is similar to RPG games, where you battle with other players and earn satoshi in return. There are also upgrades and many other exciting things within this game.

Of course, these games won't pay you that much in Bitcoin, but at least you'll be earning some spare money along the way, which could prove to become very rewarding if you hold onto your earnings for the long term. Soon, we will be able to see games where you could pay with Bitcoin for in-app purchases. Just my opinion :)

there are games that pay you in bitcoins as faucets
like if you want faucets you can try blockchains game like alien run or Bitcoin spin that are their in playstore ,
but the pay according to the time we invest in them is very low , faucets are not actually a way to earn bitcoins .
thes games cannot be even played by us forget about children , they are soon boring [ personal views ] .
why would a child be interested in spinning or having a lotto ticket.

There aren't any out there, they usually end up being nothing else than a faucet. There was one tho where the ingame currency was basically bitcoin but I guess it didn't go that well. If you wan't fun and addicting games, go play dota, wow, lol,CS and sell ingame items, accounts, etc for bitcoin. I know people that are earning for a living doing this, just not working with bitcoin.

Actually, there are many androids games who pay you in bitcoin but it takes time to wait. In addition to that, playing bitcoin games will help to gain some income because the prize is also bitcoin and as of now many people already have bitcoin games in their cellphone. I think playing bitcoin games can relief all of your stress because you could earn money by playing that games.

One of the best Bitcoin games I have ever played: http://battlecoin.org, shame it isn't as busy as it used to be!!
Yes! I love this game. Completely addicting. I endorse it 100%. It is an excellent option for your plans. A few other good games are:

  • BitQuest – If you are a fan of Minecraft then you are going to absolutely love this. It's a fun and very popular ‘sandbox game’ in which players build up the game world themselves. You make the game, you define the story. BitQuest is a custom Minecraft server which makes Bitcoin the in game's currency. You can the game's currency by mining, trading with other players, and the like.
  • BitRunner – It is an augmented reality gaming taken to the next level. This is a cross between a treasure hunt and an action game you can play with friends. You can find coin fragments by visiting the right locations and piece them together to earn Bitcoin. The "fun" element of it is that you can also steal them off, other players. Great game!
  • You could also try flash games like "Tremor Games" and "Cash Clamber". Basically, these sites have a wide range of different flash games in which you can earn "Tremor coins" for playing games and gaining achievements. Once you’ve built up a large enough amount, you can then exchange them for a range of items including Bitcoin withdrawals

Have fun! :)

There was one nice one it was a mod for money craft called bitquest. I think it might still be around try Google it. You sell the stuff you mine and collect for Bitcoin and can bring Bitcoin into the game too.
There are lots of them, and I used to know some of them that are quite amazing, but they all ended up to be no more. I do remember a game called “Bitcoin Wheel”, it was very cool and I was able to earn a decent amount. You can still find Bitcoin Alien game, but they’re not a good to convince people to join Bitcoin, cause the prize is too low.

Great game!

If still not satisfied, I think Google can give you good results in this case. Use social websites because they are a source of huge information of any sort. You can come across people of different experience level in any particular regard. I prefer searching on social websites. I also am not sure what he really meant by a "good" game.

Yeah. Playing Bitcoin games is a whole lot of fun, even though it doesn't pay that much. But still, it is better something than nothing. With many games offering attractive prizes, no one could resist playing them and getting paid some Bitcoins in return.

The earnings can be held onto the wallet for the long term, to really profit when Bitcoin's prices rise. When looking to play good Bitcoin games, choose those which are available for Android as there are many which are extremely fun and addicting. :)

Awesome! Thanks for sharing this list of Bitcoin games, mate. They definitely look interesting to play, especially the one with augmented reality. I think that it will be such a game, that will attract many people into playing it and earn Bitcoin in return, as it provides a totally new experience.

BitQuest is another great game, and it may help attract many Minecraft fans including myself.

Nevertheless, I hope to see new Bitcoin games to become released during the year. Even though it won't use Bitcoin as its in-game currency, using an altcoin which provides faster transactions will be a lot better. Just sharing my thoughts. ;D

Thanks for sharing this list of Bitcoin games, mate. They're certainly highly attractive to play, despite the fact that you'll get small rewards with them. Games like these may serve as an introductory tool for newbies who are starting into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, or even for Kids who are looking to have fun while at the same time get rewarded in digital money.

Among this list, SatoshiQuiz may help you learn more about Bitcoin with its trivia questions, while at the same time getting paid in return if you answer them correctly. This game can become very useful for newbies, as it will encourage them to learn more about Bitcoin, that will help them answer the questions correctly, and earn some free satoshis along the way.

Also, there is a wide array of Bitcoin games to choose from for mobile devices, especially within the Android operating system. As people make use of mobile devices more than computers, games within this category could help spread adoption even further for cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin to become used in the mainstream world in the future. Just sharing my thoughts ;D

E graphics of satoshi are not very good. Perhaps it is a low quality game, and up to date I have never search for other bitcoin game. May be there are many available but I still am busy in doing business through bitcoin and have no time for games to play around. Many people may play because they would have the time for playing games. But as I told I have no time and I thought while playing games is just a waste of time.

Thanks for the tip, mate! Indeed trading lets you earn more money if you manage to do it properly. While it is recommended to have experience to do this task, it could become very rewarding in the long term.

However, I believe that games are ideal for anyone to get started earning some Bitcoin even if the results obtained are not satisfactory. Because, even if you win pennies a day, it will encourage you to keep playing the game due to its fun and attractive nature.

Nevertheless, while Bitcoin games may not seem very attractive for adults, they may do so for Kids, eventually leading the cryptocurrency towards mainstream adoption in the future. Just my opinion :)

For me https://bitkong.com/ is one of the best bitcoin games out there,
1- no ads.
2- easy sign up, you can even log in with a facebook account.
3- a really good faucet up to 0.6 dollars on bonus hours, but of course you can also deposit
It's kind of a gambling game but it's really fun.

Funny site indeed, but terribly consumer, my computer makes the sound of a rocket after a few festivals ... And it could melt the entire pack ice ... Are there more games in this genre there are more that are less energy consumers, with the same potential returns and the option of depositing money directly on it? Thank you in advance !

I don't think that it is a good idea to focus on bitcoin games like gambling sites, faucet games and etc. because there is so much more source of income for bitcoin that is better than those places like investing and trading. I am not against of having fun if you want to have some fun but just think for the possible time and bitcoin that will become waste if you will spend it on bitcoin games rather than meaningful way of earning.

Gambling isn't good no matter if we are talking about Bitcoin, fiat or anything else. These games only take poor people's money. It is much better to invest or save your money then gambling.

I have started to play a bitcoin/litecoin/dogecoin game about two weeks ago. Someone from the Romanian section of bitcointalk forum (I'm a Romanian) mentioned it and then I played it each day. It is a MMORPG game, a very good game that also pays very good. It pays in Bitcoin/Litecoin/Dogecoin and after 3-4 days of playing you can withdraw more than 50 dogecoins/day.  After 2-4 week some widraw 1000 dogecoins/day (or the equivalent in litecoin/bitcoin).
It's name is Valerian Universe and it's about having a starship and some planets in this Universe.
If you want to play the game is here https://dkv2.com/

It is a really fun game to gamble with your Bitcoins indeed. At first, I've used to play this game which had me quite a few hours playing it. But then, I've forgotten about it and started to look out for other Bitcoin games to play.

Nonetheless, I'm glad that this BitKong game is still active and would love to get back playing it. The one under my signature is also an addictive and fun Bitcoin game which allows you to play Dice, Slots, and even Blackjack.

Based on my experienced in bitcoin; the company and management of bitcoin makes every investors mind more analytical which makes them to think critical in every decision that they make.
It is quite challenging when the prices of bitcoin fluctuates in the market; wherein you have a right on how you will response in each changes happening.

I used to play Bitcoin games on Cloudbet the gambling website that accepted Bitcoin deposits. I don't do it anymore because it's expensive.

I remember playing that game quite some time ago. It was indeed fun and addicting, but I eventually got out because I was losing too much money by gambling nearly every single day of my life. But despite that, it was a nice experience and could serve as a great way to have fun overall, especially with faucet earnings which is free.

Another good Bitcoin game that I've been considering is BitKong. This one is another gambling game, but it is very fun and addicting as well. One of the most exciting features is the ability to purchase a BitKong gift card. This allows anyone to redeem the balance on the gift card to play with the specified amount in BTC within the BitKong gambling site. It also serves as a great introductory point for newbies to get started with Bitcoin gambling when you give them a BitKong gift card.

But, among all the gambling games in existence that accept Bitcoin, I believe that Crypto-Games.net is the best one around. It has various fun and exciting games to play such as dice, blackjack, and even slots. They accept other cryptocurrencies as well, and might be worth checking out if you want to have endless fun.

Nevertheless, it is good to know about the number of Bitcoin games that have surged lately. This will allow anyone to either spend their Bitcoins at the game, or earn some Bitcoin while having fun at the same time. Eventually, this will transform the gaming sector as well now it, like Gamecredits has already been doing. Just my opinion. :)

Bitcoin is real game where the smartest and the wisest who wins in the end. The price of bitcoin always fluctuates in the market wherein no one knows when the market value goes up or down.
Through this a wide critical thinking and analytical skills is needed in order to gain more profit.

This isnt specifically bitcoin, but I think its worth checking out: Nova Blitz. Its by the people who created magic the gathering, and they are making NVT - Nova Token with the intention of being a coin specifically for virtual trading card games. I've played the game and think its pretty enjoyable.

website: www.novablitz.com

their telegram: t.me/novablitz (http://t.me/novablitz)

Thanks for sharing this new game with us, mate. Given the benefits that smart contracts and blockchain technology provide in the mainstream world, we're seeing games being developed with such implementations. The idea of a virtual trading card game powered by the blockchain sounds awesome and I believe that other games might follow.

Of course, this one uses a token of its own, but perhaps in the future as Bitcoin adopts smart contracts with RSK, we would be able to see new games that would make use of BTC itself or a token issued within the Bitcoin blockchain. The possibilities are endless here.

Things aside, I've been considering a Bitcoin game called The Bitles. It looks fun and addicting, as you take the time to complete mazes and earning some satoshis. While it won't make you rich, it is at least a fun and great way to encourage newbies to get into Bitcoin.

Nevertheless, if you or anyone else have more new and exciting Bitcoin games that would like share, don't hesitate to do so here. In my opinion, I believe that these games not only attract newbies into Bitcoin, but Kids as well. Kids will greatly make use of these games and spread the word about them to help increase the adoption of Bitcoin in the mainstream world. Just my thoughts ;D

because your time will be waste and you can't earn anything. In searching a bitcoin game you must see if that game is legit or not and you must always see the proof of payout for that game.

Yes. There are so many Bitcoin games around nowadays, that helps you earn some satoshis while at the same time have fun with them. Most of them are gambling games which provide greater freedom than traditional online gambling (using fiat). Even more, there are a few games which operate on a blockchain like Cryptokitties. This game is not a gambling one but has made strides in crypto land.

I think that once smart contracts start rolling in on the BTC blockchain, we might be able to see even greater games like these. As for Bitcoin roulettes, I've tried many like Goldsday and Starsbit. They offered great rewards and were quite fun and addicting to play. Now, they're non-existent, but it would be great if they could return someday. Things aside, the Bitcoin roulette you’ve mentioned looks worth to get a shot at it.

Nevertheless, I believe that as more Bitcoin games become introduced, they will help Bitcoin increase its awareness and mainstream adoption. Just my opinion :)

I remember playing Bitcoin Alien Run at some point and it became slightly addicting (more than the Bitcoin Aliens game from the same developer). I think you would get payouts after earning 20000 Satoshis if I am not mistaken. I never managed to reach the amount because I started losing interest once rewards became lower, so I am not sure it worked (there were positive reviews though).

I will not give suggestion to play sports betting because he can lose his money on the games and besides that, he can be an addicting in the games too. it is better to play games without using money involve and he can still enjoy the games without spending any money. I think he can try to see the google playstore list for the games and he can choose what games he wants to try.

Most of the taps also provide a good income based on the time spent on it. Are there any games you can play to earn BTC? I'm. Not sure there are. It'd be great to have one though.

Find the best bitcoin dice games and the casinos with the lowest house edges on blockchain also highlighted the great opportunity that bitcoin opened for players around the world to play freely using bitcoin im sure more gamblers attract this game

Bitcoin dice games and casinos are surely attractive for any gambler in the mainstream world. With the benefits that online gambling with cryptocurrencies provide, it'll be hard to ignore doing such practice. When gambling with Bitcoin, you could obtain greater freedom than doing so with fiat currency. As such, there are many good gambling sites for Bitcoin such as Crypto-Games, SatoshiDice, BitKong, and more.

There are also gambling games which operate on the blockchain like vDice, EtherDice, and more. They pay out in ETH, and are even better than traditional gambling sites as they're decentralized and no one controls the bankroll. As such, I think that blockchain gambling and gaming has a bright future, and we might be able to see new interesting games for Bitcoin as it adopts scalable solutions and implements smart contracts from RootStock.

Nevertheless, there are so many games available for Bitcoin today, that will attract newcomers into using cryptocurrencies for the long term. As such, this will have a positive effect into Bitcoin's mainstream adoption. Just my opinion :)

As far as I know. There are games not here in the forum but actually have their own site that using bitcoin as their bet for example is the dice games where you will bet on a particular number so if the number you chose is appeared on the dice you will win bitcoin. It is actually a gambling game. There are so many games involving bitcoin.

Given the numerous games that have emerged which accept or pay in Bitcoins, lots of newbies have become attracted into using Bitcoin more for their daily lives. Right now, there is almost any genre you can think of from adventure Bitcoin games, to gambling Bitcoin games, and more. This certainly brings lots of fun to people playing these games, as well as, profits (although worth pennies) for those interested into getting free coins.

Lots of exciting gambling games such as dice, slots, blackjack, poker, and even lotteries allow you to either pay or earn Bitcoins. As such, I believe that there is a huge potential for the gaming industry using Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. GameCredits is a good example of this, among others which have decided to make games which either pay or let you earn crypto along the way.

Nevertheless, one of the best Bitcoin games around are: Crypto-Games.net, SatoshiDice, BitKong, PrimeDice, Coin Flapper, Bitcoin Billionaire, and The Bitles. Just my thoughts ;D

There are different ways to play dice online, but none of them match the simple but enjoyable game of bitcoins. Bitcoin gambling has more reasons to love rolling a dice, and you probably know why.

This isn't the right thread for your question.
I've never played an income-generating game to spend time playing it. I prefer a faucet similar to playing a game.
Faucet is the first thing that I knew in bitcoin and it's totally a waste of time if you realize that you can earn more with other things such as trading.
The faucet can provide a good income based on the time spent on it.
I doubt it, only faucet owners can.

There are some games available on the web which work the same way as faucets. One good example of this, is a game called CoinBrawl which allows you to play the RPG style game, and earn satoshi's along the way. It works the same way as a faucet, in the sense that it would take a long time for you to make serious income with it. You would be spending hours of your time just to earn pennies a day. Despite this, I believe that there's still a future for Bitcoin-based games where anybody can either pay with BTC for in-game purchases or earn some coins while they're having fun.

Much of the games that either make use or pay in Bitcoin are gambling games. Most of these games are fun, and provide greater benefits than traditional online gambling, but you'll end up losing more money than what you've initially invested. Hopefully, in the future, more games would be designed especially for mobile devices like Android and iOS, to help increase the adoption of Bitcoin in the mainstream world. There are still people who don't know a thing about Bitcoin, but introducing games to them over said mobile platforms will allow them to adopt cryptocurrencies at a fast pace.

In summary, the most fun Bitcoin games available are: BetKong, Bitvest, Crypto-Games, Satoshi Dice, Gambit, Coin Flapper, Battlecoin, and The Bitles. There could be more games available to play for Bitcoin, but those are the ones I know to date. :)

Yeah. Playing Bitcoin games in order to gain a decent reward is not really worth your time. You would be spending hours just to earn a few pennies within a day. I used to think that I was going to earn a lot of Bitcoin playing such games within my early days, but then I've realized that there were better options out there to make some decent income with Bitcoin.

Don't take me wrong, but even if Bitcoin games don't offer attractive pay rates, they're somewhat fun to play and great for starting into cryptocurrencies. Faucets are also good for newcomers into Bitcoin, but their rewards are small just like the Bitcoin games. What's more is that Bitcoin's fees have increased lately (although they have been decreasing throughout the year) making micropayments impractical in these games. Therefore, I think that while Bitcoin's fees are high, other games would need to use other cryptocurrencies that would allow them to pay the rewards without sacrificing fee costs. :)

I think the best way to get bitcoin while playing is to play in bitcoin casinos. Gambling for example, you can earn up to more than 2x of your balance and same way you'll lose it. Playing games to earn bitcoins is not really worth it since it costs you your precious time and there are only very few games around that are legit.

There are many casinos and pyramids on the Internet, where they require initial investments. Therefore, it took a long time to look for free games where they can really pay.
- Stake
- PrimeDice
- ChopCoin
- SparkProfit
- CoinBrawl
- BitKong
- Free Bitcoin
Also do not forget that the goal of any online game is to take away not only your time, but also money.

But if serious I wouldn't play any of these games (even the free ones), as their main goal is to take your money.

Yes. Sadly, most gambling games and casinos available across the web which accept Bitcoins as payment, would make you lose more money than initially invested. As such, it wouldn't be worth trying to play such games to make some profit out of them. Despite this, they're somewhat fun to play and most gambling sites allow you to use Play Money (or "Free Money") to play at them without losing anything. (one good example is Crypto-Games.net)

Despite this, the list of games you've presented here is the most exhaustive list (although not complete) of well-known gambling games available for Bitcoin. My most favorite are such which provide Dice games like PrimeDice and Crypto-Games.net (which is not listed here). Of course, you cannot expect to make some profit playing such games, but at least they're a great way to bring starters into Bitcoin to let them explore the cryptocurrency.

I would like to add other gambling games which are decentralized and operate as a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain. Those are VDice, and DAO Casino. While they don't pay in Bitcoin, they do pay in ETH which you could trade to BTC later if you wish.

Nevertheless, I hope that more games would come up with Bitcoin, especially after the successful implementation of the Lightning Network, since fees would be minimal and transactions speeds would be nearly instant, making micropayments in Bitcoin games, practical once more. :)

Well there are some starting crypto that requires you to play a certain game or stream but I think it can survive and can grow because right now gamers all around the world start to increase in numbers and with this it can help a lot of gamers to engage into cryptocurrencies and might as well get their lives successful since bitcoin investment is a good source of enormous profit. You can pretty much do everything once you got the profit you have in bitcoin.

Yes! There are a lot of gamers in this world that have made possible many successful businesses in the gaming industry today. If Bitcoin presents itself as an attractive cryptocurrency for gamers, then I think that we'll see a huge interest from such gamers into playing Bitcoin-based games just for using their coins for in-app purchases or simply to make a nice income from the Bitcoin earned.

The payment in such games, is not so attractive, but it could easily give you a lot of money in the future if Bitcoin's price becomes higher in the future. Maybe after the Lightning Network comes up, more games that would pay and accept Bitcoin for payments will emerge, as fees would be extremely inexpensive, and transaction speeds would be blazing fast. Despite everything, I hope that I could play new and exciting games to fill my wallets with some satoshis. ;D

Well, bounty campaigns provide greater rewards than Bitcoin games, but requires a lot of work and effort to be able to produce quality posts. On the other hand, Bitcoin games doesn't require much effort for you to start earning some satoshis right away. Of course, the rewards are minuscule, but the games itself are extremely fun and addicting.

I urge you to try many of the Bitcoin games available right now for PC, and mobile devices. Usually, most Bitcoin games are available for mobile devices like Android and iOS, but there are a few which are better playable on a computer. If you're into gambling games, then I suggest that you try most of the games that have been mentioned on this thread. My personal favorite is Crypto-games.net because it accepts most of the popular cryptocurrencies we know and love today, and it includes a variety of games such as Dice, Blackjack, Slots, and more.

However, if you're not into gambling, and you're just looking for a way to earn Bitcoin without losing any money, then I suggest that you try some action/adventure games that have been mentioned on this thread. One good example is The Bitles game where you would need to complete a maze to earn some satoshis. There are also RPG-style games like CoinBrawl which allows you to earn Bitcoin simply by battling other players around the world. The higher you train, the greater your attack and defense would be, allowing you to earn satoshis easily when competing against other players.

Another great game is called BattleCoin which is like a Bomberman game, but allows you to compete with other players and earn Bitcoin in return. The list of games available is extensive, but as transaction fees become cheaper on the Bitcoin network, and speeds become instant, I believe that more games will emerge allowing Bitcoin to become used more frequently by everyday people in the mainstream world. ;)

Bitcoin Games has developed its own gaming software. On its platform it has 7 games. Gamers can play video-poker, blackjack, roulette, craps, keno, slots and dice all under the same roof. The game play will evoke a boutique-like feeling, which gives Bitcoin Games a huge edge in an industry that has been overwhelmed by mass-produced games. It is clearly a great option for the boutique gamer, and those purists out there who want to enjoy provably fair gaming with classic graphics and retro sounds. The games are all based on casino classics, they have unique features that have the Bitcoin Games’ seal of authenticity all over them.

the game I like best here is 'BITSLER', if we can solve the program here chances are we can get rich, here in betsed and we have to set it yourself, but if you can not betsed your coin will be lost in a moment. here I feel challenged because many counts that we must understand, that's the reason I like this game. we are not dependent on the luck factor but we must think.

I do not think that in such games you will earn any significant amounts. But the risk of getting a virus on your computer and then lose access to your wallet is very high. So , as they say, measure twice, cut once.

Cool. I'm always a huge fan of gambling sites where I could try my luck with the Bitcoins I own, to have a chance of multiplying them when playing their games. Of course, such games are designed to make you lose more than what you earn, but I consider them to be fun. And better off, this site you've mentioned has the taste of retro gaming which is unique among other gambling sites, IMO.

Since this site has a variety of gambling games to choose from, I'll add it to my favorite list of Bitcoin games to play! By the way, if you manage to find the correct URL for this site, feel free to send me a PM so that I could start playing it right away ;)

I never care about the sites that can earn Bitcoin or ETH for free. I think it is an act that wastes a lot of our time. Previously my brother was involved in a game on the phone. and for a month my brother only made 3 dollars

Yeah. It's not worth playing Bitcoin or Ethereum games to make a side income out of them. You're better off working for Bitcoin either participating at a bounty campaign, or simply doing freelance jobs. When I've first started playing such games, I've thought that I was going to win a lot of money spending hours on them. But after I've learned that the payment was in satoshis (which are the smallest denomination of a Bitcoin), I've gave up and looked for other alternatives to earn money. In some occasions, I play Bitcoin games but with the mere purpose of fun.

Despite this, I think that Bitcoin games would serve as a perfect introductory point for newcomers into the world of cryptocurrencies. The small rewards could simply help these individuals know more about how Bitcoin works and by encouraging them to look for other opportunities to earn it. Given that most Bitcoin games exist for mobile devices, they're well suited for such purpose. Hopefully, new games would come up over time, to expand the ever-growing list of Bitcoin games available for the public. :)

It is necessary to assess the prospects of bitcoinfrom the point of view of the possibilities of its network, such as commissions and speed. But, the Ethereum crypto currency has a different set of characteristics by which it needs to be evaluated. The future of the Ether depends on the speed of development of its competitors, such as Cardano, and the success of the startups already started on its platform.

This game looks very interesting. It has quite attractive graphics and allows you to interact with other players across the world. However, last time I've checked, there were only a very limited number of players available, and the faucet balance wasn't updated for over a month now. This could be a sign that the game is inactive, as you won't be able to claim your Bitcoin reward in the end.

But other than that, this could've been an exciting game to play and introduce newcomers into Bitcoin. Hopefully, many more online games would emerge than would accept Bitcoin as payment, and/or allow players to earn Bitcoin as they play. Until now, I'll stick to playing gambling games that pay in Bitcoin, as they're extremely fun. The last one mentioned here, called Bitcoin Games, has a wide variety of games to choose from, for hours of fun. And if Bitcoin's long proposed scalable solution called the Lightning Network becomes successful, then Bitcoin could be expanded to handle smart contracts, allowing decentralized gambling games to emerge just like Ethereum. Therefore, there will be exciting times ahead for Bitcoin gaming in the mainstream world. ;)

Bitvest is a fun and addicting gambling game. What's best is that it gives you "free money" just to test drive their games, which is cool IMO. Last time I've checked, they have an investment option which allows you to invest Bitcoin into their bankroll for profit without needing to play their games. It's been around for a couple of years, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to gamble with their Bitcoin. Other good gambling games are FortuneJack, Crypto-Games.net, Satoshi Dice, and BetKong. While none of these games will make you rich (as you'll lose more money than what you earn), they're certainly fun and attractive to any newcomer into Bitcoin.

Some of these games allow you to earn more Bitcoin, by referring other people to join them. Every time your referral wins, you'll earn some Bitcoin. But if your referral loses a game, then you won't get paid any Bitcoin at all. Still, I think it's a great way to make some nice passive income in the long run.

Nevertheless, new Bitcoin games might emerge once smart contracts become active on the Bitcoin network. The implementation of RootStock, will bring smart contract functionality to Bitcoin, allowing decentralized gambling games to emerge in the pioneer cryptocurrency, just like Ethereum does. And things will become more exciting by then, since fees will be lower, making micropayments practical for any kind of Bitcoin game. Just my thoughts ;D

True. Many people have earned a living playing games (or testing them) but not with Bitcoin. Most Bitcoin games pay small rewards which are not worth the try. When I was a total noob, I used to think that I was making a lot of money playing Bitcoin games, but then I realized that payments were done in Satoshis which are fractions of a Bitcoin. After that, I only played Bitcoin games for fun but not to make a decent income out of them.

Maybe, sometime in the future, the gaming industry would shift to Bitcoin, offering big rewards to people who play Bitcoin-based games. And with the Lightning Network, in-game payments or purchases would become much faster and cheaper for players, making Bitcoin games extremely practical in the mainstream world. Now, if only there was a mainstream company that could bring a game for the masses which accepts Bitcoin for in-app purchases or pay people in Bitcoin, it would be awesome. Imagine companies like EA, Activision, Sony, and more bringing Bitcoin-based games to the market? It would bring Bitcoin to widespread usage in the mainstream world for sure. 8)

This wallet is encrypted with a 24 character password that will unlock when the game is over. However, only one person will receive this award, and those who are slower will only be able to open the wallet.

This game seemed interesting at first, but after it was solved by someone, I guess that it's not worth playing anymore. It could be found on Steam, which you can find reviews about it, if you're willing to play it. But for those who're looking to have fun without getting paid in BTC, it's worth the shot.

One thing I look forward to is the emergence of Virtual-Reality games that either pay in Bitcoin or let you spend your Bitcoin for in-app purchases. It would be totally revolutionary, as people can either work in a virtual world for Bitcoins, or simply send money to others. Imagine having your own avatar and interacting with your friends in such virtual world, with the use of Bitcoin. It's like the "Ready Player One" movie, but even better as you'll be using real money (in this case Bitcoin), to buy stuff in that virtual land, send money to your friends, or even earn Bitcoin. However, it may take some time for this to become a reality, as game developers or game companies become interested in this.

Things aside, I believe that mobile games which lets people earn Bitcoin, would be the future, as they help the pioneer cryptocurrency reach mainstream adoption. I have many favorites such as Coin Flapper, Bitcoin Billionaire, and more, but I'm always looking for new Bitcoin games to play and introduce newcomers into cryptocurrency. :)

There is no such games yet, no doubt bitcoin is becoming popular dat by day, initially were the time when everyone is just in against of bitcoin then with time countries started legalising them and now large companies has also started to accept bitcoin like BMW, so no doubt that the era of bitcoin has been started and slowly slowly people and countries are understanding the fate and potential of bitcoin and are now seeing their bright future with bitcoin.

With the rise of bitcoin prices, there is no good bitcoin game now. I remember there was a lot of games that were free to use bitcoin a few years ago, and some of the game sites could be paid by bitcoin, and these now do not exist, and now the bitcoin is only speculating.

Thanks for the tip. These games you've mentioned here are mostly gambling games which let you use BTC or get paid in it. I don't think that they'll be much attractive for newcomers into Bitcoin, but at least they're fun and somewhat rewarding to play. If the profit strategy you've said about earlier really works, then I'm sure that these games will become a hit sooner than later.

Things aside, there are other good Bitcoin games that are worth considering. Such games are Wheel of Bitcoin, and Bitcoin Winner. The first one is simply a roulette game while the other one is a slots game. They're very fun to play, being the last one a gambling game. I believe that is better potential for Ethereum-based blockchain gaming than Bitcoin, due to its flexibility in smart contracts. New games would simply make use of ERC-721 Non-Fungible Tokens, transforming the gaming industry by storm. Players would simply trade their earned tokens or ETH to BTC if they wish.

Nevertheless, as Bitcoin becomes popular in the mainstream world, I believe that more games would emerge that would attract the likes of newcomers into crypto. Just my opinion :)

I'm looking for fun games where you can generate Bitcoin or use it in games. Can you recommend me a list of fun and addictive BTC games? Just curious about the list of BTC games available because I will use them as a starting point to teach and attract new people to Bitcoin in my place. There are many android games that pay you in Bitcoin but I can't recommend anything since the last time I tried it was months -last month. If you are interested in arcade browser games, you should try gamefaucet.com, this is a great site that you can get by playing five different games and if you want to receive higher bonuses, you can increase your account to level 40.

And for me , it can not be a good to stepping stone in bitcoin. But if you really want in bitcoin games then go just be careful in what games you are playing.

Flash games are fun, but wouldn’t you say they would be even more so if they could earn you some money? Tremor Games is a site that allows you to do exactly that. It is much like an online arcade site, with the only difference being the fact that it pays in Bitcoins. When you have earned enough units, you become qualified for withdrawals.

Bitcoin games kind of went oblivion.  The games we used to have were very difficult to pass and there was little or no payouts during that time.  So,  I guess this removed the interest from people and resulted in less people going for Bitcoin  games which means,  they stopped making them as well.

Yes. It is interesting indeed. While Bitcoin games may not be ideal to play and make a living, they're quite fun and rewarding while you're at it. This could become attractive to newcomers into cryptocurrency to get to know how Bitcoin works, and how easy it is to claim free coins. Bitcoin games could be any kind of genre you could imagine not limited to only gambling games, but also action/adventure games, strategy and more.

Of course, I believe that for Bitcoin games to become practical again, the pioneer cryptocurrency needs to scale to reduce costs and increase transaction speeds. Once this becomes a reality with the LN, then I believe that more companies and indie game developers would become interested in creating Bitcoin games that are attractive for anyone to play.

So far, I know of several Bitcoin games that are quite fun to play. Some are gambling games (like Bitcasino), while others are just pure video games. For mobile devices, there's Coin Flapper, and Bitcoin Billionaire, while for PC, there's a wealth of games to choose from like The Bitles, CoinBrawl, BattleBit (Bomberman-like game), and more. While the gaming industry is shifting itself to the Ethereum blockchain with ERC-721 non-fungible tokens, I believe that there's still a future for Bitcoin-based games. Just my thoughts ;D

Flap Pig is a fairly simple Android game and also gives its players rewards in the form of bitcoin. This game is very easy even you can play it easily with your eyes closed! To get bitcoin from the game "Flap Pig" you are required to win the game. If you feel that you are making enough bitcoin then you can do PayOut. Even though it's easy, it doesn't mean you can easily get tens to hundreds of bitcoins, of course all need a process.

Nice. I've heard about TrueFlip before, but it had never brought my attention. Unfortunately, the reason for this is because TrueFilp doesn't allow US citizens to participate in its games. Perhaps, such restrictions could be bypassed via the use of VPN or Tor, but I'm not sure if it would be legal to play it in the US doing such practice.

Still, if it allowed US citizens someday, then it would be worth considering as a great Bitcoin-based game. Other games that I know of which are known in the crypto gambling industry are Bitcasino (the one under my signature which is one of the best gambling games available online), Crypto-Games.net, FortuneJack, Bitvest, Bitsler, and even BitKong. They're all quite fun and addicting to play (if you're a gambler), but not ideal for newcomers into Bitcoin.

For people who're just looking to earn Bitcoin without having to spend it, then I'd recommend mobile games such as Bitcoin Billionaire, or Coin Flapper. Nevertheless, it would be great to see new Bitcoin games come up, to add them to my list of games for the enjoyment of newcomers into crypto. :)

That was one of the first Bitcoin games I've played back in 2014. While it didn't help me make a decent income, it was great in the sense that it helped me learn a lot about Bitcoin. Right now, it's still functional as a faucet, and fun as a dice game, but don't expect to make a living out of it. I'm surprised to see that this game is still alive after a couple of years since its inception.

Things aside, I believe that the Bitcoin gaming industry could really take off if fees on the network become reduced to a minimum. Because of the low transaction throughput Bitcoin has, it's terrible as a platform for micropayments which makes many of these games impractical. However, the Lightning Network, sidechains, and smart contracts on the Bitcoin blockchain, would become a big hit, as games would be able to issue micropayments to players without issues. One of the games that I look forward to seeing is such were you can interact with other players and battle your way to victory (like Clash of Clans).

If a game like this would pay or accept Bitcoin for in-game purchases, then it would be totally revolutionary, IMO. Nevertheless, as time passes by, we'll be able to see new and exciting games to play with that would allow us to either earn Bitcoin or use it for in-game items and more. ;D

Yes. I acknowledge that Bitcoin games are simply not worth your time if you're looking to make a decent income out of them. They're like faucets which just pay less than a penny for hours a day. However, if you're only looking for endless fun while getting paid some spare cash, then Bitcoin games of any genre would be suitable for newcomers into crypto. For serious earnings, then without a doubt, bounty campaigns or a real job pay you more for your time.

Things aside, there are many Bitcoin games available right now which are quite addicting. Usually, games for mobile devices are the most popular among newbies, but there are a few PC games that can't be beat. The only PC-specific game I know of is called The Bitles which is sort of an adventure/puzzle game that pays you in Bitcoin after passing a level. Other games are browser-based like CoinBrawl, Battlecoin, and more, which are more accessible to any kind of platform. However, my most favorite games are those that accept Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency for gambling purposes. The one under my signature has a variety of gambling games to choose from, and best of all, it's the first licensed Bitcoin casino that I know of.

Other casinos of gambling sites that accept cryptocurrencies (such as Crypto-games, and FortuneJack) are also good, but none are as good as Bitcasino, IMO. Nevertheless, the appearance of new Bitcoin games is quite slow, but over time we'll be able to see better games that will keep you playing for hours while making some spare change (which is good for Kids). Just my opinion :)

I like crypto Kittie it's a very nice one

Crypto Kitties may be a good game and all, but it's terrible for the masses due to the limited scalability of the Ethereum cryptocurrency. Not to mention, the OP said that he's looking for Bitcoin games, whereas Crypto Kitties is an Ethereum game. Sure, it's fun and addicting, but I don't see it going anywhere unless the Ethereum network scales to handle lots of transactions per second.

For Bitcoin games, I'd suggest looking into the Google Play Store (if you're using Android) or the App Store (if using iOS). There are a ton of fun and addicting games there which either pay in Bitcoin or simply accept it for in-game items. Don't expect to make some good cash out of them, since they're only useful for attracting noobs into cryptocurrency. But, if you're playing only for fun, then I'd suggest Coin Flapper as it's one of my favorite Bitcoin games right now. Just look around and find which game is most suitable for you to play and earn some satoshis along the way. ;)

I don't play PUBG but you can't earn BTC while playing that game. It will be interesting if an advertisement from a casino would help PUBG players and sponsor their gaming through their brand name but with specific rules.

@Abiky can you edit the 1st post and put all the bitcoin games you know into a list? except the betting games or you can create a new thread for that I guess.

I was introduced to the TrueFlip.io site by a friend, and there are lists of entertainment games that allow to make or use bitcoin in the process and do not organize gambling. I also did not find much but the site looked quite fun with lots of games.

I first heard about the fact that there were bitcoins-games about two months ago. Earlier in my view there was an image that with bitcoin can only be connected to online casinos. But the game http://battlecoin.org - I also liked it. When I have nothing to do, I enjoy spending time playing it.

The games I enjoyed are dice and sports betting, I gamble using bitcoin and I earn if I win.
Before, I used to enjoy faucets but then I realize that it's just a big waste of time, so I try to take the risk in real gambling.

There used to be very interesting bitcoin games which you can easily earn bitcoin by playing at regular intervals to earn some satoshi. The problem with most of these game applications is that most of them are scam, they cheat the players by paying very small amount of their revenue to users. Sometimes too, they end up not paying at all.

Yeah, there are also some games that pays at first then after some time of spending and earning good amount while we play once we request a payout they will not pay us anymore.

Yeah, there are also some games that pays at first then after some time of spending and earning good amount while we play once we request a payout they will not pay us anymore.

Sadly, most Bitcoin games do not pay because they're a fraud. There are only a few legitimate Bitcoin games which pay their players, but their reward is ridiculously low. Earning satoshis for a few hours of playtime is not worth it. However, for newcomers into cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin games serves as the perfect educational tool. Compared with faucets, Bitcoin games are similar since they pay you pennies in return of your hard work and effort.

Despite this, if you're looking for fun Bitcoin games to play no matter their reward, then I'd recommend Coin Flapper, Bitcoin Billionaire, The Bitles, Crypto-Games.net (Gambling), and even Battlebit. In the moment, those are the most fun Bitcoin games in existence, but there could be more of them available which I'm not aware of. As far as I know, the emergence of new Bitcoin games has been very low. It seems that the interest of developing Bitcoin games, is not much these days compared with the early days of Bitcoin. All the attention seems to be on ERC-721 tokens within the Ethereum blockchain, since it allows games to operate in a decentralized fashion adding much more flexibility than Bitcoin.

Nevertheless, I believe that more Bitcoin games would emerge in the future, right after RootStock becomes practical in the mainstream world. Just my thoughts ;D

I have often seen in telegram games-bots that look like a quiz with answers to questions and rewards in the form of bitcoins and Satoshi. However, as far as these games are not a Scam I can not say. It's probably a Scam. I also heard that there are Dating sites where you can pay in bitcoins within the service, but personally I have not seen this. Try googling.

Nice list, thanks for posting this, I will try this games from first to last one. I also wish to find some interesting game to play, it's good sometimes, and winter is coming I will spend more time inside.

Do we need to deposit some BTC on the game before playing it?
or it is good and free to play while earning some bitcoin?
Are the links safe? i hate to encounter some viruses.

Thanks for sharing this, mate. While I'm mostly looking for games that you could earn Bitcoin, instead of spending them, gambling games such as the one you've mentioned are great to spend some time at. However, they may not be friendly for newcomers into cryptocurrency, as they could easily lose a lot of money within a short time frame.

Among the list of Bitcoin games which don't require an initial deposit to play, I've found out that The Bitles, Coin Flapper, Bitcoin Billionaire, and CoinBrawl are the friendliest ones for newbies. Of course, their reward is not much, but they're extremely addictive to play for a couple of hours. If you're looking to make better income for less hours of your time, then mining Bitcoin or working for it, it's highly recommended.

Nonetheless, I've added this new gambling site to my list of Bitcoin games to play in the future. It's good to have a variety of games to spend hours of fun, while getting rewarded at the same time. ;)

Thanks! I've never heard about Bustadice before, but it's nice to know that there's another Dice game to play with. Personally, I've been playing Dice games for a long time, and I'd have to admit that they're the easiest way to get into gambling. The casino site under my signature has a very fun and addicting Dice game which can be played not only with Bitcoin but several other cryptocurrencies as well such as Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and even Dogecoin. There's also the option to place your bets using "Play Money", to simply have fun without having to spend any cryptocurrency at all.

Despite this, I've seen that there are more gambling games for Bitcoin, than any other genre. Perhaps, as Bitcoin becomes popular over time with its Lightning Network, new games would emerge as micropayments would become easier to send to players like it was before. :)

There are many sites that help you play the game and help you earn bitcoin. For me, I usually play games on cryptogames. You just log in and start playing all the games here. It helps you earn satoshi. You can withdraw and receive a profit.

Nowadays, most Bitcoin games fit well into the gambling genre than anything else. Personally, I've tried Cryptogames and it's one of the best Bitcoin gambling sites available. Even if you don't have some Bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency which they accept) to play, Cryptogames gives you the option to gamble with Play Money instead. As such, it’s a fun game for gamblers and non-gamblers alike. Other Bitcoin games that I know of, are mostly available for mobile devices which help attract newcomers into cryptocurrency.

One of my favorite Bitcoin games on mobile (Android) is Coin Flapper. It's not available on the Play Store anymore, but easily downloadable across the web. I find the same to be quite fun and attractive, which is good for newbies. However, I wouldn't recommend it for making a good amount of money, since the game's rewards are too low. For that purpose, Bitcoin gambling games pay better but their risk is higher. Eventually, if Bitcoin becomes extremely popular, new games would emerge that would keep us busy all the time.

Nevertheless, it seems to me that the list of Bitcoin games is growing every day. Sooner or later, adoption will come for Bitcoin as games become popular among people in the mainstream world. ;)

Hi, there I don't recommend that you play games expecting to be paid with BTC. In my experience, I can tell you that 90%  of those games are scam and they will bombard you with tons of ads and they will steal your personal information to send you even more ads or worse viruses or invitations to join sites or apps or whatever. So be careful. but if you find a game that really pays and you  show us a proof of payment I happily will be your referral

I recommend playing on CRYPTOSOUL. Fun war games and you can play on a laptop or PC. In the game, you have to get points, and the points you get can you claim with their tokens. The token is already available on Exchange Merchatox, ECEX, and Hotbit

You have to register yourself at cryptosoul.io (https://cryptosoul.io/ref/76526)
then you download their game application and can be played immediately.

Interesting. The game has its own token within the Ethereum blockchain, the same way CryptoKitties does. While I'm a fan of ETH-based games, I find out that Bitcoin-based games are much more attractive to newcomers into cryptocurrency. However, it seems that ETH-based games have taken the lead with the new ERC-721 token implementation. This means that we'll see more Ethereum games emerge over time than Bitcoin ones.

CryptoSoul looks to be quite a fun and rewarding way to play. It could really take off if it becomes extremely popular. Another ETH-based game that I'm deeply interested into seeing it in action is CryptoCarz. This game will make use of VR and the Ethereum blockchain for a new gaming experience. This leaves us with CryptoKitties, CryptoSoul, and CryptoCarz as fun and rewarding games for the masses.

Nonetheless, I hope to see more Bitcoin games emerge as the cryptocurrency becomes valuable and improves in performance over time. Perhaps, the new Lapps (Lightning Apps), or dApps on a sidechain (RootStock) will enable new Bitcoin games that were never thought possible. :)

I like Drownhim.com (https://drownhim.com/), which hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet.
It has a steep learning curve, and it takes a while to fully understand The Rules (https://drownhim.com/rules). The main problem is the lack of active players. It has recently attracted a few, but needs more players to reach it's full potential. I'm currently running a promotion for them, but won't "spam" the link here (you can find it in Games and rounds (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0) if needed).

There are many sites that help you play the game and help you earn bitcoin. For me, I usually play games on cryptogames. You just log in and start playing all the games here. It helps you earn satoshi. You can withdraw and receive a profit.

You only need to play often and be smart to do it because in one game only get a few prizes. You must be smart to play the game.
besides being smart if you want Bitcoin in this way, you have to be patient and continue to play the game because the results obtained will not be many. You must be committed to the way you choose so you can get what you want.

Well, as for me, I like this type of games. You can try to play via the mgo gaming platform. It is quite a successful project. Many gamers who like crypto are using it IMHO

There is! I was recently searching for interesting games as well and manage to find this website of Bitcoin games. Maybe you can try to look at it. :D https://bitcoingamelist.com/

Thanks for sharing this, mate! The site has a lot of fun and addictive Bitcoin games, although most of them belong to the gambling genre. It seems that Bitcoin gambling games are extremely popular, but not ideal for newcomers into cryptocurrency. I believe that there needs to be an upsurge in Indie game developers who're interested in creating games which pay users in Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency of their choice. While Bitcoin's current state is unideal for micropayments, that might change soon with the Lightning Network bringing a new wave of Bitcoin games that were never seen before.

Nonetheless, it's nice to have a variety of Bitcoin games to choose from, as you'll be playing each game for endless hours of fun.

Interesting. The game is relatively new yet appealing to the eyes. If by anyway it becomes popular, then it'll gain traction the same way Ethereum-based games do. It seems to me that there are more Ethereum games than Bitcoin games, since it's much simpler to code a smart contract with its own NFT (Non-Fungible Token). CryptoKitties was the first (if not, one of the first) game to make use of NFTs to deliver something unique to the public. This has resulted in massive adoption and popularity of both the game and the Ethereum blockchain. The same way could happen with Bitcoin, if a "killer" game is released which makes use of the Lightning Network or the RootStock sidechain.

Despite this, Drownhim seems to be another great Bitcoin game to play with. I'm still on the look for more Bitcoin games to add them on my list for newcomers to enjoy. :D

A LN-based game will be completely different, as it requires each transaction to be send through your wallet again. I see great possibilities for LN for casino's, where an (near) instant deposit can send your winnings back to your wallet within seconds, but not for games that use bots to play on a website.

A LN-based game will be completely different, as it requires each transaction to be send through your wallet again. I see great possibilities for LN for casino's, where an (near) instant deposit can send your winnings back to your wallet within seconds, but not for games that use bots to play on a website.

In that case, I think that the RootStock sidechain would serve its purpose well for Bitcoin-based games. LN could be used for decentralized online casinos, while RootStock would be used for other games that would make use of NFTs, and more. I would be surprised to see a game which resembles the CryptoKitties game, right on the Bitcoin blockchain (via the RootStock sidechain, of course). This would enable a whole new functionality for Bitcoin that was never thought possible.

If this becomes viral, then Bitcoin would not only become popular as a store of value, but also as a cryptocurrency for online gaming. In comparison with Ethereum, games would be much more secure and safer on Bitcoin with the use of RootStock, simply because Bitcoin has more hashpower than any other cryptocurrency to date. However, the success of this will greatly depend on how many people would adopt Bitcoin's Layer-Two solutions (LN and RootStock) for gaming.

Nonetheless, Bitcoin games seem to be the most popular nowadays on mobile devices. I've seen various Bitcoin games for Android which are quite popular, although none of them pay a desirable amount of money to players. Which means that Bitcoin gaming would be only for pure fun, instead of profit. :(

if you like casino games 5 dimes has a ton of different games and slots.
I know bovada also has a bitcoin 100% bonus going right now also which has
many casino games. Note that they will convert your btc to fiat currency but
you can cash out in bitcoin and they convert it back.
Bitcoin is unpredictable these days. Many of the investors are expecting for the rise of bitcoin's price hike. It is also n advantage for the buyers to buy bitcoin because of the low cost of each bitcoin. But we are all expecting for the price increase of bitcoin.

I have two nice games to recommend, however those are built on Ethereum. I can't imagine how expensive a game would be to support BTC transactions!
This RootStock sidechain seems interesting, but as far I as I was able to research there isn't any game supporting it, it's only a theory so far.

If you want to play something TODAY and you don't mind touching Ethereum, Axie Infinity (https://axieinfinity.com/) (a pokemon-like collection and fighting game) and Gods Unchained (https://godsunchained.com/) (a TCG) are some high quality games which might also earn you some money if you collect and trade rare items.
Axie Infinity is planning to support LOOM soon in order to reduce the tx fees.

This is extremely interesting but it makes me ask the question, why has this not been thought of before? Bitcoin is the most accepted and oldest crypto for gaming and gambling, why hasn't rootstock at least tried something like this?

By the way, making android games and mobile is never much about profit to my mind;) When has anyone ever played games for profit except if it's in eSports tournaments?

Yes. RootStock is still in its early steps, which means that it would take quite some time before we would be able to experience games on it. As far as Ethereum goes, it seems to be the leader in blockchain gaming nowadays. These games you've mentioned are new to me, and it's nice to know about them, since they're a great way to earn a small reward in return for playing them.

Personally, I'm a fan of Ethereum-based games, but I believe that Bitcoin-based games would be better at least in terms of security and reliability. Ethereum needs to scale to support massive blockchain gaming, which at its current state, it's not possible to attract the masses. Luckily, the Loom Network and PoA Network, have devised some unique sidechain technologies which allow games to require less fees for playing at unmatched speeds.

If game devs make use of these sidechains (either PoA or Loom's Plasmachains), then Ethereum will truly become a workhorse for blockchain gaming. As of now, there are many games available to play with such as: Axie Infinity, Gods Unchained, CryptoSouls, CryptoKitties, Blockchain Cuties, Hash Puppies, CryptoCarz, and more. On the other hand, Bitcoin would experience a whole new level of gaming with its adoption of the RootStock sidechain for mainstream smart contracts.

Nonetheless, I hope to see many more Blockchain-based games that would serve as an entry point for newcomers into cryptocurrency. It's seems to me that it's not only about Bitcoin (in terms of gaming), but also Ethereum, NEO, and other smart contract platforms for blockchain-based gaming with NFTs. :)

However when something is "too free" it's usually not worth much $$$.
I mean... sure they give you some tokens, but who would buy them and why? If all their usage is to earn them for free and then sell them in the market then their price would collapse in a couple of days.

If they were rewarding BTC that'd be another case, but I don't see why would anyone give you free BTC. Maybe you could earn BTC for watching in-game apps which would be a percentage of the payment the developers get from the advertised product, but (1) I don't know if any such app exists and (2) in order for the developers to make a good revenue, the rewards they'd share would be too low for most people to bother which in turn would send the advertised companies away.

That's like a faucet game, you can earn a little but you spend much time.
I do think in my early stage because that time bitcoin was still cheap and you can earl much satoshi if you play more.
We have different type of game but it's all about faucet games.

Nowadays, it's easy for us to play if we use our own money, like in sports betting and we can find ways to work online by participating bounties campaign.

Good point. It wouldn't make any sense to give out free tokens, without any effort at all. This would cause the token to become worthless on the market since there's no demand for it. Of course, airdrops, giveaways, and rewards are a good way to earn some extra income. But there needs to be some utility for an in-game token, otherwise people won't have much interest in it.

Things aside, there are many Bitcoin games available, but they don't give you good rewards. On the other hand, Ethereum games are much more rewarding but still not enough to make a decent income out of them. Among my favorite Bitcoin games, they're mostly in the category of gambling which are Crypto-Games.net and PrimeDice. There's an interesting Bitcoin game called Bitcoin Hodler which involves hodling Bitcoin for the longest time possible.

Nonetheless, Bitcoin games would become more interesting than ever with the introduction of the Lightning Network and RootStock. Only then NFT tokens would become viable, as well as, micropayments bringing a new era of Blockchain-based gaming into Bitcoin. Other than that, most games would become practical in Ethereum, EOS, or TRON blockchains. Just my thoughts ;D

Title: Re: Any good Bitcoin games around?
Post by: Abiky on May 17, 2019, 01:46:16 AM
I think most available in the market at the moment are mostly gambling related. There certainly is a market for Bitcoin games - maybe i'll make one  :)

Gambling games are good, but they aren't a great way to attract newcomers into cryptocurrency. I believe that this industry is ripe for innovation, yet there doesn't seem much interest from developers into making Bitcoin-based games. There are better games out there for alternative blockchains such as Ethereum and EOS. With the introduction of non-fungible tokens, it's now possible to expand the blockchain-based gaming industry like never.

While ETH and EOS still have gambling games dominance, there are quite a variety of games which are really good to play. My top picks are CryptoKitties, Decentraland, and CryptoCarz. As for Bitcoin-based games, I would go for Bitcoin Billionaires, BitKong, and Crypto-games. Once the Lightning Network becomes stable and highly popular, then I believe that a greater variety of Bitcoin-based games will emerge in the future.

Nonetheless, the list of BTC games appears to be growing at a slow rate compared to other cryptocurrencies on the market (like Ethereum). Just my thoughts ;D
