If your toast has something on it that can only be seen under a UV light, I probably wouldn't recommend eating it. Unless you are into that of course.


On topic, I'm assuming you are making these yourself with a 3D printer? PLA is food safe, but what about the tip of the 3D printer that melts the PLA? Aren't they treated with all sorts of lovely chemicals?

BG4 was making breakfast one morning, and decided to use his laser on a piece of toast. He then put his nick on it using some chemicals only visible under a UV light, and thus the above creation was born. I would assume that BG4 used something else to keep the toast preserved in that state as well.

... and no, I don't think BG4 would recommend eating it ;D

Oh snap, 3D printed TOAST goods!  Is it just bitcoin or can you do other toaster designs?   ;D

Is this 3D printed? Maybe you should offer toast with Bitcoin addresses too. You can eat them for added security.

All I have is a toaster oven. One of those mini oven things. Will this work for those or do you need an actual press down toaster? Also, is it worldwide shopping?

I can do other designs if you have a request. I charge $5 per hour for 3D modeling, I could model most things you want on a toast stamp in 1 hour.

It will work in a toaster oven as well, I have made Pizza stamps and they work in a pizza oven too, you just have to make sure the stamped side is facing the heat source.

There is that guy that charges to put your message on a potato and then mail it to whomever you want.  But, in the end, it is going to take more than a logo to get the word out there. 

Because once you go back to the house and start looking up what Bitcoin is after eating your toast, most people are going to be very confused.

We need to work on that front line and meet them with an easy and kind explanation that turns fewer away and keeps more people in the game.

After the Bread was Laser toasted.. it was left out to dry to rock hard.... then signed with UV marker and sealed in a bag with hologram and NFC tag.. IIICR

You might want to consider making the top 5 or so..

Anything not BTC will be made to order. I've yet to sell a single BTC stamp. It ties up working capital to make a new product in advance. Where doing made to order costs nothing up front. If anyone wants any other alt-coin stamps, or anything else for that matter, it is just a matter of letting me know what you want, and I will make it for you.

In light of current difficulty transacting in bitcoin over the past 48 hrs and delays exceeding 40 hours on transaction confirmations slowing down the shipping process, we have decided to suspend any and all sales that use bitcoin as the means of payment. Having over $1,000 in funds held up thus slowing down shipping out orders until confirmations are received, we regretfully must stop accepting BTC as a means of payment as it is no longer suitable for commerce.
