I applied for an vcc but it takes 5 days till i receive my debit card, something arround on monday. You can use VBA or CC in many websites to buy BTC with better price than localbitcoins. Honestly, people try to mix this two payment methods but they're like water and oil... I think the that the oldest contents in darknet guides is this CC TO BTC and PP TO BTC. You can find at least 100 methods. So this is why it's insecure... Lotta crooks in this field bro, better choose another type of cashout or prepare to pay the highest taxes ever.
