If you actually own this account or have posetion of it it's most likely hacked. No signing from a staked address = hacked account. Your trust is terrible. Why would anyone send first to you? No one send this guy a quarter of a bitcoin omg. He doesn't even own a legendary account I bet. Oh ya and btw all of your newbie bullshit accounts that left you generic feedback with no reference means absolutely nothing. Worse than nothing.
