Which is the best, cheapest and anonymous Bitcoin to Debit card service? To get a debit card funded with bitcoin and then use that card to withdraw from ATMs worldwide.

I only know about bitpay.com and xapo.com so far. Both require ID verification and have high fees.

There mostly services don't require ID verification and you can use fake personal details. As I know, some services have hidden fees, so, be careful.

don't select anything just because it's cheap. anyone can issue debit cards, visa and mastercard really really don't care who they're dealing with, and the issuer gets to hold your coins.

stick with ones with a researchable rep.
