I need to pay our electric bill by monday or else I will be receiving a disconnection. I'm short on money at the moment due to the bill of our apartment has just came now and bills got stack before I have enough to pay for all at the same time.

So, they gave you a disconnect notice for being just three days short?  That is the craziest thing that I have ever heard.  You just got the bill and it is going to be shut off Monday. 

Thats how companies work here in a third country. The problem is payment for my apartment came along with the bill. I thought the electricbill will be issued atleast one more week. I have no enough money to pay for both at the same time.

Rather than go this route, I think you should contact an attorney immediately, that cannot be legal.  I am sure that if there was a notice prior to now you would have paid the bill in due course, knowing that it was due, therefore you have not been given what is the legal notice in just about every country in the world. 

I assume that we will not see you back on here in the next week, as contacting the attorney and going after these guys will be where your time is being spent.

Sorry but I don't get it. I am already 5 days late on repayment for the bill and received a disconnection notice of another 5 days more to give payment. I thought I was clear on my words. sorry, english is no my first language. Apartment bill is on due at the same time so that is why I am asking a loan.
Getting an attorney will only cost me more money which I currenly don't have at the moment. I just need extra to pay the whole bill.

That is what the responsible sector of society does and I am sure that is what you would have done, rather than show up here begging for money with nothing but an account and a smile and the inability to keep your own email address under your control.

I appreciate the visit though, as others said above, if you had notice previous to this posting your bill would have been paid surely.   :)

Also, some threads that may have had a bearing at one time are still being commented on, even though the prior reply was months, days or weeks past.

I think that it is important to stay current and I thought that was the purpose of the forum, although it appears that others seem to take that purpose in a different way.   :)

Im sorry, for the delay, as i stated above at my offer i would require all things to avoid if a default happens not allow to recovery the account, soo i have to deny you can go with others loans offers even being lower then the ammount you asking, you should had those email acess.
