I'd like to buy some bitcoins with paypal but, even if I accept the verification with my ID, I haven't got a 3D-secure card so I can't use Circle or Coinbase :'( Tried virwox, but paid 35€ and got 28$ BTC :( Now I'm looking for a way to get bitcoins with paypal or debit card without waiting three days before getting my money, and without spending too much in fees like virwox. My wish is to pay 100€ and get at least 95€ BTC I go first and I accept trusted members only, localbitcoins as escrow accepted too. There are too many throwaway scammer accounts for people to trust noobs. Check the currency exchange section frequently. Watch out for scammers.
