btw can you give us more details about the design you need , cover , rebrand your logo , template , banners ... ect its very good idea to start a contest so you can give all creative a chance to submite their work and you choose the best design but to start a contest you need to provide us more info about what you are looking for regards! You are having nice budget but due to lack of awareness you are wasting your money and time. You can engage escrow with any designer here, so that you will not be cheated until you get satisfying output for your requirements.
