The way i see it, he wants people to send them PP details and promisses to pay 85% balance in btc, but since he doesn't seam to mind if accounts are hacked - it definitely looks shady to me and would avoid. I am done with their shit support, and chargeback stuff. Op deserves negative trust, I think I know an alt account of him. Please read the OP, he states he runs a cashout service, he's not giving away free BTC... Next to this, i personally think OP's post is a bit shady, so even if you need a paypal cashout, i'd think twice and asking for escrow before using OP's service.
