Why don't you search for mixan's thread, he buys neteller nowadays and he seems to have the best rate around and he accepts trades with newbies.

Thanks for the promotion though. And yes I am accepting Neteller now. Just had some newbie try to sell me some but wanted to play around with refund so he lost in the fees they charge. It does not work like paypal with refunds. The fool, he was asking for the funds back and they don't have a direct refund option so you have to have it as a payment. I am still getting use to this new system to use for payments.
I can do this for you immediately because you are above newbie and are junior so you have some credibility here so I will release the bitcoins to you because newbie's have to learn to wait for the bitcoins to be released due to me checking on them. And the last user did not pass my checking. He lost in that preliminary of the exchange and has been put on permanent ban from using my services.
It is my choice with whom I trade with and if you don't pass my checking then I can refuse to continue with completion of a deal, and yes, mid-deal. Just be aware of this. And no, I will not put this stipulation on my thread.
Just for example, I think sardasa is no longer selling now because of dealing with too many of those that he should checked and ignored in the first place. ::)
