why would we choose pepecoin instead of litecoin?
i'm half chinese myself but in my country pepe means pussy. i don't think I'd pick pepe coin if there's better coin than it. I can't believe they named their coin pepe when they can just use pussy instead.

You're correct, it is Pepe-related! Fiat currencies will crash globally like the pound sterling and be replaced by Pepe. The entire cryptocurrency atmosphere will be assimilated.

I think ethereum classic will growing up at China and there are developer of ethereum classic from China, although it is still my prediction and ETC's price going down but couple years later China will become large markets of ethereum classic.

If you mean litecoin then I believe it is possible. But I speculate that the rise or the pump will not be as big as you think. It would be more beneficial and more profitable for China to pump bitcoin to new highs than concentrate on litecoin next. For me it will take more than 3 years for litecoin to rise up to its former highs again.

Well, they were just using Trump for hyping purposes only after all his popularity has been trending up in the past months.

if a goverment announces a digital currency,then there will be backing behind the currency because it can be exchanged easily ,i do not think that fiat will fail both will exist in the long term

The problem with government issued cryptocurrency will be lack of transparency and its intrusive nature.

It won't be the same as open concept of bitcoin or other decentralized cryptos we have today.

If we will see real government issued coin then you won't have a choice than to accept it, whenever you like it or not.

Chinese official altcoin is altcoin!

they don't really care about only one altcoin, they may have a tendency towards some of these altcoins more that others like Litecoin for example; but generally they pump all of them with no exception. so wherever there is an opportunity to pump and altcoin and make a lot of money you will surely see a trail of a Chinese there.
