So yea I'm just curious to see what people would do in such a scenario  :) Let's say the destruction of the earth is inevitable, there is absolutely nothing that can be done to save anything/anyone.
Ideally I would like people to consider separate variations of the same idea, like say the world is ending in 3 days, 1 month, 5 years, 20 years (Even in the case where world end is in 20 years, nothing can be done, no technological advancement/miracle will be able to save anyone). What will you do? How will your life change (if at all)?

It's hard to determine, because everyone knew that the world was going to end, then nothing will get done. No electricity and such, because who's going to work? Not much you can do, and millions will probably die before the time comes.

The end of the world really will come at it's right time we can't say for sure when it will happen. In case the end of the world is coming and of course we can't do anything to stop it Ill just wait for the world to end since it can't be prevented and try to survive to spare myself a little more time before dying but if I know there's some way we can be saved Ill do what I can even if the chance is slight. It wont happen in the next 20 years though I think since world war is not enough for the end of the world to come.

Anyway, if the world would end in 20 years gonna do the same like its a normal day but if it was like 3days left. Im gonna do anything i want, im gonna go wild. I dont think they would arrest me and whats the sense of arresting someone if the destruction comes. Maybe they would do the same like mine.

I do not change anything in my life. But i know a certain group of people who would be on the streets all day spreading their religion. Oh yes... I'm talking about religious fanatics, I believe in God, but not to the point I became a fanatic. if has a news that the world will be destroyed in 20 years? Oh god, starting that day we would have not peace, every day we would have people on the streets saying " God is punishing us, God this and that."

I would eagerly wait for it and enjoy the END with full scenery.

It seems that war is offing and Russia are recalling their embassy's staff to go home. There news already that they cut thier communications ties with US.Even Royal Air Force announce that willing to shoot down any Russian war plane if it is a threat. Hope and Pray that it will not happen. I am concern what will happen to bitcoin? :)

Then I wanted to get married.  I want to have a family, I want to see what my children will look like.  Then I wanted to see the world.  I want to explore it, its beauty.  Then by doing all that I want to prepare myself for eternity, to have an eternal life.  Me and my family will serve the Lord, our Creator to prepare our home in heaven.

Since we are assuming here, and its happening to every one in the whole world and not just me here then we are ll in the same boat. So, I will be calm to think of the next action to take since the end is inevitable. Then I would what everyone other person would probably do in my position which is go for the 20 years plan then I get married, have kids train them and wait for the end after living the world to the fullest.

Why would you have kids if the world is ending in 20 years? Assuming you decide have kids right after it's been announced that the 20-year countdown has started, your eldest will have at maximum 19 years to live. I'm not judging, I'm just curious. Also, would you still consider having kids if society has completely broken down and the world is now completely lawless?

In fact, world will end soon or later, it's not scenario but real fact.
It's promised in the Revelation that this evil world will come to the end and that new world will come, without pain, evil, tears, death etc.
I waiting for this end of the world and preparing myself through reading Bible, prayers, living for the sake of others etc.
Yes, destruction of the earth is inevitable, but not destruction of the earth or planet but destruction of the evil and selfishness.
I'm already preparing for it, for the kingdom of Jesus when he come again and when our lives will really change a lot, because we will live in the God's kingdom o the earth, New Jerusalem.
So, it's not bad thing that this world will collapse but very good thing. It's new beginning.

I want to live a peaceful life and spend maximum time with my family during those 20 years. I will try to do good deeds and will pray to God to forgive me for all my bad deeds , undoubtedly life is mortal. We all have to left, so better is to spread happiness and live peacefully and make your God happy with you.  :)

A very calm response.  ;D  Indeed,what can we do if war is already there? Panic is more of disadvantage to our-self if we did. Just calm and think of safety for our family. and for me, if my country needs a volunteer, I will do it not for me, but for future generation.

If the end of the world was in 3 days I will spend all my money to the things I never have before, say ''I love you'', ''I'm sorry'',  etc to the people I love. Of course all that it will cause panic, fear, deaths etc. We will have to be calmed because there will be (maybe) nothing we can do to stop it. So, enjoy life and live the moment.  ;D

The longer the timeframe the more problematic it's going to be. If it's a few months to one year then everyone else is going to be indulging themselves to suicidal and homicidal extents so much so that the world will become a shit hole long before it actually ends.

Ten or more years will cause cults to spring up. Wars to break out over spaceflight hardware. The window of time available will mean everyone's going to be scrabbling for hope.

The end of the world already came, as it turns out the world never really existed. Quantum physics has shown that subjective experience is itself the fundamental nature of reality. If you know you know nothing, there's nothing you don't know. This is how I deal with the end of the world.

I don't know about others but for me the promise of crypto is that of a spiritual solution to a worldly problem.

P.S. I do also believe in having some gold, guns, medical supplies, and food stores handy. There are worse things than death or not existing.

well for me if that happen.I will just accept it.nothing we can do about that if everything gonna be end.and I think The best way you can do is help much people as you can so that if you meet the person in heaven or whatever place.they can recognize you and say hey "thank you"

the world will be end definitely. human and other creatures cannot do anything even to save theirselves. we called it the judgement day. the day that parents don't care to their children, children don't care to their parents. the only one human knows on that day is just theirselves. so I think, we can't say what we will do.

There isn't really much to do. If the end of the world is coming, it means we'll have to see and fight with the worst scenarios ever, starting from a simple storm and ending with even a possible World War. Maybe billionaires who got nuclear bunkers will survive the possible end of the world, but we have no chance really.

I think I will drained out all of my money in the bank and try to go to different country as much as possible, do the fun things and make memories as much as possible and if the technology is possible i will moved to the another planet

Are you trying to live beyond your death? The end of the world comes when you die. Better prepare for the afterlife, way more than you prepare for the end of the world.

im having fun reading the comments here :D i haven't thought about that though, it's pretty morbid and i just want to enjoy what i have and what i am experiencing right now. the end will come when it comes i won't give much care hahaha

haha same here friend. What should I do if that happens? Why, can I prevent it? I have to enjoy every moment from now with my family,friends,relatives or to people closer to me. Every moment is precious to live with them. Why I should worry for that situation that is uncertain. I trust the universe,what will happen will happen.

I guess that's a old rumour because the end of the world has been predicted countless times, and we're still here.

I don't like speculations like "what will you do if ...". If it will be known exact date of end of the world, I think only people who control the world will know about it. They will not announce it to us to avoid panic and similar things which can happen.
I can't say what I would do before end of the world. I think my actions would be based on emotions and there won't be any logic.

I wouldn't change a thing with 5 or 20 years. The short ones I'd take more time to enjoy than work. :)

They did announce it, They put their plans all over the Denver International Airport and the Georgia Guidestones.

If this was to happen in the next hour, I would lie down somewhere comfortable, my bed if I'm at home, and I would relax. I would become soft and sweet: fully in peace. I would also probably pray.

When the scenerio will be 20years from now the world will end .I will enjoy my life to the fullest also i wanna married to the onw i love but i dont have a plan to make or to have a son because it is so awtful to my mind to see my son to die and for them to see how cruel is the world to live and exist only for counted years .
If rather 3 days from now i would pray and laugh have fun .

If I heard a news that the world will end in 20 years and suppose I believe it, I think I would change nothing in my life in that case. Same goes for 10 years and even for 5 years.

When 1 month is left that's another story. I think I would try to figure out what this really means and what to expect next. We can't take earthly possessions with us after death, that's for sure, but maybe, idk but maybe, we can take something which is not of material world. The question is What is it? Don't ask me guys I don't know the answer, but I think that everything is possible.

A foolish thought to trust the words of others than themselves. you will easily get into trouble if you trust the words of others and what you do if you believe the world will end in 20 years.

I am afraid if that happens cause all of a sudden our planet will be hard to live for being too cold ,to rainy, and to much heat that would be a miserable living at all.

if 20 years more before the end of the world i will do all i want in life, but first to praise the creator to forgive my sins and i will live with my family enjoy the good things that we may possibly do for 20 years ,no hardwork, no big savings  just enjoy life .it is good to die a happy human than die with sadness.

If we are just assuming, I would love to have a lot of sex, hot drinks and sleep. But again we are just assuming, no such things in real life.

The world is a lie, prepare for a really big BBQ.
