I would think there is a minimum you are required to accumulate before you are able to withdraw depending on how you acquired that amount in the first place. If it was using their free spins or under a promotion then you would need to see how much you would need to gamble before you are able to even withdraw that amount.
Coins are sometimes the currency that they use instead of showing it in mbtc value. That you would need to see from a legend on their site.
