Title: PascalCoin JSON-RPC for GPU miners
Post by: PascalCoin on October 12, 2016, 11:40:00 AM
Hi.

PascalCoin started 2 months ago (on August 11, 2016) with only CPU mining.

Last Build 1.0.7 introduces a simple JSON-RPC server designed for third-party GPU miners.

PascalCoin ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1583719.0

Information about "HOW TO DEVELOP GPU MINER" with Build 1.0.7 here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1583719.msg16516417#msg16516417

If you're a GPU/miner developer, perhaps this information is interesting for you.

Thanks.

Here's what has been developed so far for anyone interested:

Credit goes to Vorksholk

And here's a guide for porting cuda applications to opencl (not sure if this will be any help)

Offering .2 BTC for a working openCL kernel file for cgminer to allow AMD GPU mining for Pascal. BTC will be paid when the miner is received and verified to work. Thanks.
