Didn't keep a ton in there, but a little worried.

Probably. Since it's just a wallet that's viewable and useable by anyone if you have the right URL.

So what do you think-the "security breach" they're talking about means... hackers have emptied every account on there?

I hope. Zero authentication whatsoever is stupid and it was just a matter of time until someone came in and cleaned up.

There is another thread about this problem with more information (but no official post from the Instawallet/Paymium people):

At another Paymium website which is down for maintenance with the same message, http://bitcoin-central.net, there is an announcement that at "Bitcoin-Central" and "Paytunia" all accounts are safe (but no mention of "Instawallet")
